Their sales team had approached us back in 2014 but we didnt get a chance of working then but we finally had an opportunity of working with them in 2016 with our project to develop virtual classroom software.

The software is used by our teachers to host classes remotely while maintaining the functionality that is available in a traditional classroom environment. Teachers can interact with students and students can engage with lesson materials, view presentations and videos, and take tests, all in real-time. The team built custom software from scratch.

I worked with a team of 4 people. A project manager, 2 developers and a technical lead.

One of the key achievements was that the project was delivered on time. We are now actively using the software.

We requested their help with the modules we'd like to add to the software and discussing about how they were going to implement it. With the admin panel, admin has the overall control, storing and generating details and reports of students, sharing automatic results and entry attendance marks to the students and the parents directly, and regarding with the employees of the school,able to store and manage their reports, leaves. Overall, the process was very collaborative.

We worked with core 3 people, the team lead and couple of developers taking care of frontend and the backend.

The overall feedback by my end is very positive. The three concerned team members we worked with were all very professional, they know what they were doing. I would like to say they definitely brought value to what we needed.

The project comprised of software development, with the accounting software driven by a technology called concurrent multi-lingual accelerated technology engine, simplifying day to day activities, keep the records, fees paid by the students can easiliy be mapped with tally and adding payment gateway like Payu money, Razorpay, Paytm, and several bank cards.

Sapphire provided us a dedicated team who worked on our project, there were 2 software developers who worked on the development part, and junior developers who carried the smaller tasks. The team was very self directed and focussed.

They have been on time with the project delivery as per the decided milestones initially, and at projected cost.

Mainly the project manager would assist us through the project. Apart from which 2 developers and a QA worked on it and ensured the quality of the same.

We started with the basic designing for the look and feel of the website with fields About Us, Admission, Academics, Infrastructure, Activities, Affiliation, Junior wing in the navigation panel, a slider in the homepage with very activities. I got my chance to give my input to the designer in their team. Overall a healthy process was followed. Afterwards we proceeded with the development of the website. The developers were highly skilled. Tools & Technologies used were HTML5, JavaScript, CSS/CSS3, Bootstrap 4 for frontend and Asp.net used for the backend.
