They created three versions of the app: 1 for patients, 1 for doctors and 1for institutions. The Doctor version interacts with both the Institution and the Patient versions so that the users can request and negotiate what type of service they are looking for. 
They have also created the Admin Panel which is used to manage all users, send notifications to users, adjust service fees, manage complaints and credits. They have also created a custom referral program and integrated it with a local brazilian payments company and also they have integrated the Doctor version with a famous american payment gateway.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All three versions of the app are running smoothly. They are all incredibly stable. After the launch, they demand very little maintenance and when some maintenance is need, it is never something serious that prevents the app from performing its main function.

Yes. Me and the team have developed a great relationship over time and all the teammates that have entered in contact with me during the project have all been extremely polite and knowledgeable. They were always able to understand what my ideas were and this continues to be like this to this day.

Creating a biometric-based attendance system that reliably records staff check-in and check-out data was part of the project's scope. The payroll system, which computes working hours, leaves, overtime, and produces salary reports in accordance with those calculations, was then to automatically receive this data. Sapphire provided a completely integrated solution in which the payroll engine and biometric data synchronized without any issues. The admin panel also gave HR employees flexible controls so they could easily process salaries, keep an eye on attendance, and make any necessary adjustments. To guarantee a cohesive workflow, all of this was integrated into our current ERP environment.
