The software is easy to manage as well as has made the process automated to maintain school data. With technology making communication easy helped in providing instant notification to parents about students work. I raise tickets,and use it for general communication. In most cases, they solve issues independently, without much communication required.

I’m impressed with their responsiveness and independence in solving issues. I have nothing to complain about, which is why we’re still working together.

Potentially timescales on some work, but I accept some delays because of the level of service and quality I receive.

We mentioned out the points that were must have in the tool with relative comparison of overall performance every year, the management software must support result simulation to analyze performance on the individual level. With the help of this modules performance comparison, student management, we can store important data and records such as student name, class, contact information, registration number, in a central databse. It thus turned out very beneficial for the administrative team, after given relevant time and training to operate the software effectively by the Sapphire team.

One suggestion would be to they also should focus on outlining the deliverables clearly to avoid change requests.

Some of the major functionalities included are School Calendar, Circular daily status of academic details, Exam Time Table, Behavior Update , Result Sheet, Gallery , Staff & Student Birthday Alerts ,Events & Activities and for Assignments student can check assignment given for respective subject from the Class Incharge from student portal and student need to complete an assignment within a limited time.

The team was really quick to learn and understand what we do. They were really willing and committed to having that understanding. The project manager was very responsive, smart, and quick to understand our needs. He’s very good at incorporating our feedback into the next iterations.

They’ve been very patient, have answered various questions for me. We were in constant communication with one another. We had weekly project discussions, too. Anytime we reach out to them, they were extremely quick to respond. It allows employees complete control over their administrative responsibilities, thus helping to boost employee morale and satisfaction.

During the initial stages, we worked with a Business Analyst, Designer. After we started the Development Phase we work closely with a Project manager, Front-End and Back-End developers, and QA.

They have a very skilled team that has been dedicated to our project. The team is always highly responsive and resolved the bugs reported as soon as possible. The initial part of the software was done successfully , we have added significant new aspects and enhancements to the platform and have a roadmap for ongoing future development with Sapphire.

Communication was great. We were in close, daily contact. The development process overall was a slice of heaven. Everybody was transparent with their needs and requirements and gave the reports on time.
