The software has also turned out to be cost effective for the organization and the school can get all the required reports from the software.

The accountability being reduced, school does not need more resources for the administrative activities. Data managed in software is accurate, secured for long run.Uploading New data in the software and updating the data is done very easily. Management can check the data anytime anywhere of all the employees leading to a more effective management.

I raise tickets,and use it for general communication. In most cases, they solve issues independently, without much communication required.

I’m impressed with their responsiveness and independence in solving issues. I have nothing to complain about, which is why we’re still working together.

Potentially timescales on some work, but I accept some delays because of the level of service and quality I receive.

We mentioned out the points that were must have in the tool with relative comparison of overall performance every year, the management software must support result simulation to analyze performance on the individual level. With the help of this modules performance comparison, student management, we can store important data and records such as student name, class, contact information, registration number, in a central databse. It thus turned out very beneficial for the administrative team, after given relevant time and training to operate the software effectively by the Sapphire team.

They have a very skilled team that has been dedicated to our project. The team is always highly responsive and resolved the bugs reported as soon as possible. The project was divided into three phases, the first phase included the designing and layout of the screens of the application alongside admin panel development, after approval of which they started with the actual development of the app, and the third phase was the final testing and some bug fixing. The tool and technologies used were Adobe Illustrator for design, Java for app frontend and backend using Laravel (PHP)

The deliverables were of high quality and met the intended purpose/expectation. We were very concerned about intuitive design and the deliverables have received significant positive feedback for simple, clear, and intuitive operations.
