The project was divided into three phases, the first phase included the designing and layout of the screens of the application alongside admin panel development, after approval of which they started with the actual development of the app, and the third phase was the final testing and some bug fixing. The tool and technologies used were Adobe Illustrator for design, Java for app frontend and backend using Laravel (PHP)

Throughout the project, seven individuals contributed to the effort. We had a full complement of resources applied to the team. This included a program manager, designers, front-end developers, back-end developers, and testers.

The deliverables were of high quality and met the intended purpose/expectation. We were very concerned about intuitive design and the deliverables have received significant positive feedback for simple, clear, and intuitive operations.

Sapphire's project management was incredibly collaborative and open. They were very clear at the beginning that our constant engagement would be a key factor in success and made sure that everything was transparent and timely. We finished on time and on budget

They’re very strong in terms of mobile app development. As they’ve grown their company, they’ve expanded their capabilities. They're a team of positive and hard-working people who have communicated well with us.

They did everything we asked them to within deadlines. A final project could be more polished. I cant say they could do something better.

The processes are now carried out seamlessly and effectively that not only concentrate on functional things but also focus on non-functional aspects of the school processes like the security of data, storage of information, and optimum usage of resources.

There’s a backend person who writes most of the code, a frontend person who makes the data accessible and the interface user-friendly, and a project manager who oversees the development and conducts testing of the software. It was excellent from start to finish. The entire engagement was good specifically in terms of software development. The technical team was very responsive.

We have been very pleased with the work delivered to date. Their work was on time, on budget, and on brief. They have the right blend of agility and knowledge to handle large projects quickly and without the heavy overhead.

We worked with the team lead who assigned tasks, led calls, and provided us with weekly updates. We had daily phone calls to track the development’s progress. There was almost constant communication.

The application for our institution, is a user-friendly application to be used by students, teachers as well as the management, to manage online classes (Zoom integrations) with just a click, hence while starting the classes teacher doesn't need to share the code every time, and just need to click start lecture for teacher and record the student’s attendance accordingly and join lecture for the students, one to one chat in case of doubts that a student can clear with the respective teacher.

There were 2 developer who worked on the integration modules needed by us for the school management software, mobile developers who worked efficiently on our application, and QC to ensure the quality requirements that we were expecting to be delivered.

Using the product and services we all are happy with the work done by Sapphire. It is very useful and has made our workload easy, students including parents and all our staff members are happy and giving appreciation to us for bring this in.

One of the things they have been great about is getting back to me so quickly. The project manager has been very understanding, always had everything under control and I never had to remind him twice about anything. I haven’t had to track them down. It was good having a dedicated point of contact the entire time who I was able to get a hold of.

Overall, the communication is what really impressed us. We were able to work with them whenever we needed, and they answered all of our calls, emails, and texts pretty much right away. That was extremely helpful to us.
