From both a technical and a design perspective, Team Sapphire was extremely flexible and willing to work with us to overcome the challenges that we encountered. They also did a good job of managing resources in the right way from start to finish.

They were very responsive and accessible, but we also work in the same city so it was easy to meet with them in person whenever we needed to.

The most impressive about them was their open-minded approach throughout the process.They remained positive and proactive, without fluctuating cost, even when we had to change some work. I felt like they genuinely cared about client satisfaction at the end of the day.

No. I feel that would be my responsibility. If I wanted something done differently then I would say so, and I'm confident that they would make it happen.

The platform deisgned + developed is simple, easy to use and effective for management, teachers, students, parents. It has more than 40 advance dynamic modules which covers all the requirements to make an institute completely digital and go paperless. We had our meetings over the phone to discuss progress. We’d do a demo with them on Mondays and plan for the week following the latest demo. The process met our expectations.

It was developed to manage the most complex and demanding departments, communication system and document repository that empowers users with a complete view of the patient record within one screen and provides a forum for transitions of care communication and One-click lab results and colorful graphs for the practitioners. As we had hired full-time dedicated developers for Java, frontend developers, and QA .

Since they had an office in the same city as us, I went there upfront met the sales professional there, discussed with him our idea for the project. After going through a couple meetings and quotes, we decided to give Sapphire the lead on the project.

My favorite thing about Sapphire is how they kick off the project. They bring everyone involved in the process in the room to learn about the idea, the vision, the process and what needs to be accomplished. After the team was assigned they started working on our project that would allow the students for payment with selecting the mode that suits them the best among credit cards, Debit cards & online banking. Parents can get the details of transaction done for expenses and money deposited, also allowing print facility for Fee Invoice.

After initial meeting with the Sales head, the team was assigned for the project which consisted of a project manager and 3 software engineers.

The software has been live since June'16 and it has been running smoothly since then. They’re great problem-solvers who go the extra mile. They enhanced our transaction flow, our chat, and our registration process to grow retention and revenue over the course of the 5 years on the project.

Overall, the process was very collaborative.

The project comprised of software development, with the accounting software driven by a technology called concurrent multi-lingual accelerated technology engine, simplifying day to day activities, keep the records, fees paid by the students can easiliy be mapped with tally and adding payment gateway like Payu money, Razorpay, Paytm, and several bank cards.

Sapphire provided us a dedicated team who worked on our project, there were 2 software developers who worked on the development part, and junior developers who carried the smaller tasks. The team was very self directed and focussed.

They have been on time with the project delivery as per the decided milestones initially, and at projected cost.
