Rubico has been asked to swiftly learn and take ownership of all ongoing maintenance and improvements to our platform. This includes software updates, bug fixes, and new feature development.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rubico has been able to modify the platform in a way that allows us to achieve better than 99.99% uptime over the years we've worked together. We've also had consistent user satisfaction. Moreover, the Rubico model has allowed us to have both cost savings and increased efficiency as we roll out improvements and fix problems with the original codebase.

Rubico's project management is highly organized, structured, and designed for on-time deliverables. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Rubico served as the development partner for building the Trusted Leader 360° Assessment platform, providing both technical expertise and collaborative support throughout the project. 
Their team worked closely with us to translate the Trusted Leader framework into a functional, user-friendly digital assessment tool. This included designing and developing the backend architecture, building the assessment workflow, creating the reporting structure, and ensuring a smooth, intuitive user experience for both participants and administrators.

They guided us through key decisions, offered technical solutions to align with our long-term vision, and refined features based on ongoing feedback. Rubico’s responsiveness and attention to detail helped ensure accurate data handling, clean design integration, and timely iterations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Rubico delivered a fully functional digital assessment platform on time, enabling raters to give input and complete the assessment efficiently within 15-20 minutes.  The tool has already been adopted across multiple organizations, proving both its scalability and practical value. 
Automated reporting now provides accurate scoring, strong visual clarity, and near-zero manual effort, while the new admin dashboard has reduced administrative workload by 70–90% through improved tracking and automated communication. Data reliability has remained excellent, with secure handling and near 100% uptime. 
The platform also created a new revenue-generating product for Trusted Leaders, LLC and has significantly enhanced user satisfaction, as coaches and leaders consistently report that the tool is intuitive, insightful, and easy to use.

For our projects having an American to discuss with would have been great. The translation was always a problem. Project managers and team spoke English well but is not familiar with senior care. (They take care or their own elders) An American would have saved us months of explaining at times.

Founded in a garage in 2003, CAF was created to address a frequent problem at gas stations, eroding the customer experience: piles of kitty litter used to clean fuel spills. From this problem, EXIMO Waterless Concrete Cleaner was born, eliminating both kitty litter and pressure washing, with a lower-cost, sustainable solution that leveraged microbiology to break down hydrocarbon chains into harmless byproducts like water and carbon dioxide.
