The project included site architecture, design, copywriting direction, and development with a focus on lead generation and conversion performance. Project Management: Still working with Aarin and Justin. That should say something on its own. They ran a clean process from the start. Clear timelines, no chasing them down, and they hit their deadlines. When we had revisions mid-project they moved fast and did not turn small changes into big production. Communication is direct. They do not disappear after the contract is signed. If something needs to be adjusted they flag it early instead of letting it become a problem. As a contractor running a fast operation, an agency that stays organized and communicates straight is not a small thing. They earned the trust and we kept the relationship. Plan to keep building with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood the business before they touched the design. A lot of agencies lead with portfolio and aesthetics. Aarin and Justin led with questions. They wanted to know how we sell, how buyers move through our process, and what actually drives a closed job. The site they built reflects that. It is not a brochure. It is a sales tool. The other thing worth noting is they did not oversell themselves to win the project and then underdeliver. What they said they would do, they did. In a space full of agencies that promise everything and explain away the gap later, that is rarer than it should be.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rounded Digital could have done differently?

The one thing that would make the process tighter is a progress tracker. Knowing where things stand at each stage without having to ask would be a real upgrade. Related to that, reviewing content section by section as it gets built rather than seeing everything at once right before launch would help catch issues earlier and save back-and-forth at the end. Small process improvements, not capability gaps.

Our website was outdated and not user-friendly for our guests or for us to administer the back end. I needed a beautiful website that represented our brand, engaged customers, increased sales, and was easy for me to personally update with monthly specials or new services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I met Justin at a networking event for another spa. We discussed both our companies and realized we should think about working together. He offered to create a proposal for me and at our first formal meeting I was so impressed with both Justin and Kyle's vision for Elixir that we decided to work together and I've never regretted that decision.

We started with the proposal that outlined what they would do to create a new website with timelines and additional support like hosting and SEO. I worked primarily with Kyle at this point to determine design, copy, layout, etc. Everything was delivered on schedule and their responsiveness to my questions or concerns was unparalleled. They have continued to grow their company by providing new services that support both their existing and new clients. I recently used their content marketing with blogs to help improve our SEO.

I have mostly worked directly with both Justin and Kyle and have also worked with several other tech advisors since 2018 for small tweaks or updates. Their support platform is very easy to use to request help. Everyone on their team is very customer-focused and they are quick to get what I need.

We get compliments daily on our website. It helps not only with guest acquisition and retention but also with recruiting new team members. We rank on the first page of Google and have a high domain authority rating.

We primarily communicate through email or the support platform but I also have access to them by phone or text.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They created a gorgeous site that they update regularly. They have also made it easy for me to make updates quickly. The access I have to both owners and their enthusiasm for helping my company to succeed is unusual in this industry. We have an amazing working relationship.

I really can't think of anything. They are good at what they do and responsive to my needs.

Our SEO ranking improved to the #1 spot in several areas, and our traffic grew as well. Each year, our volume increased. Our main metric was our year-over-year sales increases. We doubled our sales each year, and Rounded Digital was the main driver in our SEO strategy.
