We must keep the website up and running with the security plugins so that we do not get any downtime, as we wanted services for our business website. Summary of key deliverables: 

1. Maintain an up-to-date website with new versions of WordPress, PHP, Plugins, etc. Without breaking a single element in the site. 
2. Make and keep the website responsive on different devices (Desktop, Tablet, and Mobile). Especially, on iPhone and iPad. 
3. Create a staging instance and keep it with one button sync function to make any change on the live website. 
4. Backup should be intact and no issues arise when it comes to restoring a website. 
5. Security should be up to date so that no attack can take place. 
6. All forms, webpages, editors, and elements, should work fine. Alerts or auto-form testing should be set up.
7. Improvement in website speed so that we can reach a better UI/UX. 
8. SEO-related solutions like broken link fixes, redirect issues, etc. need to be fixed if available on the website.

The project took around 4 months to develop and deployed on client's server

Rorko has been our long-time technology partner. I have spoken about one project here but we have so far worked on more than 20+ projects as of now of all levels - medium and large. I like the clarity the have, so far the tech team they have is quite experienced and knowledgeable

Nothing in specific that I can recall here. Considering they have been partners with us for so long, we have worked around the processes, approach, delivery etc in a project to project basis and the team is quite good when it comes to receiving feedback.

As we’re a custom software development company, we get very specific requests that require the usage of certain technologies at which we aren’t very efficient. They used Asana to manage the project, which helped us build transparency in our communication. Most of our communication with them happened digitally on a milestone basis; whenever we hit a milestone, we arranged a meeting to go through the scope. They had an agile way of doing things that kept things moving.

Rorko is great at web development, web engineering, and UI/UX design, which compliments us very well. They’re also predominant in platforms like WordPress, Shopify, and PHP.
