Over the course of our relationship, they've continued to improve their scope of work and timeframe estimates. They've been honest with us throughout the engagement, letting us know what technologies and features are feasible and where more research and development is needed outside of their expertise. They've also expanded their own capabilities over the course of our relationship to accommodate some of our needs. 

How did Rlogical Techsoft perform from a project management standpoint?

They're very responsive and communicative; multiple people on their team check in with us frequently. They're also focused on customer satisfaction and stick to their estimates.

I am the CEO of 1CentPOS, a POS solutions company based in New Jersey.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to design a unique solution that offered multi-platform connectivity and support for a wide range of third-party peripherals, including customizable reports and a built-in label designer.

We were contacted through a marketing program with subsequent meetings and discussions. After evaluating their portfolio, we decided to work with them.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

RLogical completed the entire product cycle from design to development. They were responsible for features such as the database design, user interface, promotion pricing, security features, customizable label designer, and credit card processing integration. In addition to applying inputs from our own team, they offered beneficial suggestions for tools and utilities like FastReports. 

What was the team composition?

Our interaction was limited to the senior management and senior developer. Their office does have an impressive setup with a specialist team for each development platform, which I had the good fortune of seeing on a recent trip.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The final product worked exactly as intended and received a very good response. Feedback from end users allowed us to fine-tune its stability and usability.  

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated primarily via a combination of Skype and email. We also used TeamViewer to access sites remotely and work on specific issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were extremely responsive. All issues were prioritized quickly and resolved right away.

There is always room for improvement, but nothing specific comes to mind.

I’m a project manager for a small business consulting company. We work with professional developers to create web-based applications, dashboards, and workflow tools.

We have worked with Rlogical several times over the past year. This project involved creating a mobile workflow tool for a skilled trades construction company.

What were your goals for this project?

About 80% of the company’s workforce is remote. We wanted to make the company function as paperless as possible. Key processes included time entry, company documentation, news updates, equipment maintenance requests, and job reports.

How did you select this vendor?

We submitted bid packages to two different companies. Based on past experiences, financial information, and communication, we felt Rlogical was the best option for this project.

Describe the project in detail.

We supplied Rlogical with wireframes and an outline of the key functionalities. We needed the tool to include time entry services, invoice generation, and equipment tracking. The vendor was responsible for developing the framework and implementing the requested features.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a project manager, designer, app developer, and PHP developer. The size of the team changed based on needs.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our client no longer uses a paper ticketing system. Before this system, our client would process around 1,000 paper tickets a week, and payroll would take about three days to process. It now takes less than a day.

Users have given great feedback regarding the system, and the client is requesting additional features. We look at this a huge success, thanks to Rlogical.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We spoke with Rlogical on a daily basis. Their team was accommodating, and always available to discuss any issues. The vendor was flexible with working times and great at meeting deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Rlogical’s team is professional. They genuinely care about the end product. They’re always thinking through the process to provide the best solution to meet goals.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Nothing specific. Rlogical addressed any issues proactively.
