I'd just launched a new website and there were a few small bugs that my own developer couldn't quite solve, so we got in some extra help.

The founder connected with me on LinkedIn (not to sell to me, just bonded over some content I think) and so they were top of mind when I realised my need.

Very simple bug-fixing. We had a call to set out the issues at the start, then they did the work, always keeping me updated by email.

Two that I had direct contact with - the director and a project manager.

There weren't any specific targets or anything, just literally that the bugs would be fixed. And they were.

Very communicative, always keeping me updated, and the emails were friendly, detailed, and clear.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They fixed the problems, so they're obviously good at what they do - and actually when it wasn't totally straightforward they explained what the issues were and then they kept trying until they solved them. They were friendly and easy to work with the whole way through. They communicated brilliantly. And they were good value for money.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope - they were great
