My name is Vizo of Vizo Southside I am a producer, engineer, and recording artist. I make all sorts of music and help other artists with production, recording, and event planning.

I hired Reward Lion because I knew the importance of having an online presence. I needed to create a webpage that my fans and peers could use in order to communicate, purchase merchandise and keep up with me and my day to day to activities.

The goal was to create a page and platform that would keep track of all of my content, display my music, and allow me to sell merchandise in order to monetize the Vizo Southside brand

I selected Reward Lion forba few reasons the first one being that I was referred to them by another artist who’s website I felt was done very well. Upon contacting Reward Lion and receiving a consultation from them I realized how much I needed their services for branding, marketing, and just my overall web presence.

They we’re flexible with pricing super diligent as well as invested in helping me achieve the outcome I was looking for.

Once I reached out to Reward Lion I was provided with a one-on-one consultation. They informed me of all of their services and then created a package built specifically tailored for me and what I needed.

RewardLion provided me with a fully responsive and engaging webpage as well as creating content with the photos and videos that I already had amassed over time.

Furthermore they also created several logos in order to find out which one best fit and matched my brand/image. I spoke to multiple people such as the content creator, graphic designer, creative writer, and went over all the various details.

They screen shared with me multiple times and showed me their process and the progress that was being made while asking if I had any revisions.

I I communicated with at least eight people I was assigned an account manager to assess my goals and keep track of them. I also was able to speak to the web developer, creative writer, graphic designer, Video editor, and Mike the CEO who was great.

They really showed me the inner workings of my webpage and how increase and capitalize opportunities by using SEO and SEM tools

Aside from my personal satisfaction with the webpage the logo and all of the content that was created I now have a place to store and refer to my fans and supporters information.

This page has allowed me to sell tickets, music, and 1 of 1 merchandise directly to my supporters and re-target them. My social media following has increased by at least 500 followers and is continuing to grow.

The Vizo Southside Blog page has amassed a couple hundred subscribers & I’ve had 8 bookings for performances that were done through the webpage. I also have received several request for paid features and collaborations on projects from other artist through the Vizo webpage.

Before having this webpage it wasn’t only difficult to manage these sales but even harder to generate them this has made my life much easier, allowed to put my focus on being an artist, and created a one stop shop for me to offer and promote my artistry.

My account manager acted as the liaison between me and everybody else on their team working on my project if ever I needed any assistance or an update I would contact her and she would respond to me promptly (within less than an hour).

I also was able to book and schedule meetings with any member of the team based on their availability which was displayed on a virtual calendar on their site. I could call text and email my account manager and she would respond with the same method.

They also added me to Weekly strategy meetings Via Zoom where we would discuss the progress of the webpage, logos, and content. If I couldn’t make the meeting for any reason there was a visual recording of the meeting that I could watch on my on time in order to be completely informed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The consistency and quality of communication that I received was not only surprising but extremely relieving as I have had another experience with a web design/marketing company that left a very nasty taste in my mouth.

They were responsive and made it a point to book several meetings to discuss strategy, updates, and progress. Also the accessibility that I had to Reward Lion and their team was very impressive.

It’s like I had a relationship with everyone there and I still do. There was no run around, waiting for callbacks, or any major errors made in the course of my experience
