Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to granting scholarships for K12 and college education to students that cannot afford to pay for tuiton. Additionally, we have a program that teaches kids from undermined communities socioemotional habilities though the practice of soccer.

They were recomended by a mutual ally. The deciding factor was their out-of-the-box design style and customer service.

First we had various extensive briefing sessions to understand our needs, then we underwent a re branding exercise that was very enriching for us since we had to consider many aspects of our business and competitors that we have not considered before. We selected a new brand look that included a refreshed logo for all of our programs, then we proceeded to the developement of our website.

We loved the new brand look and feel. We have received very positive feedback about the new look. The page makes more sense in terms of what the organization does and what we want to achieve.

Revolt first conducted workshops to help us define the brand voice and persona. They then translated that into a visual identity, which included a logo, colors, typography, and other elements. The next phase was to design the web site and information architecture, which was followed by a CMS selection and implementation.

We worked with a variety of resources across project management:

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The Revolt project led to a successful web site launch, which helped us in the initial stages of product go to market. We constantly get complements on the work that Revolt did, including the web site design and UX of the product.

It was an efficient workflow with regular meetings, and a dedicated project manager on their side.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Revolt has resources that covers a wide variety of talent and domain areas. They are able to source people with specific experience if they do not have it on staff.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

All marketing and tech consulting firms are having trouble hiring, and Revolt is not immune from it. This is not an area for improvement, just an observation - they have a lot of projects, and resources are sometimes shared across them. This did not affect their ability to deliver.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of Bummed, a digital health company specializing in the education, treatment, and prevention of constipation, hemorrhoids, anal fissures, and other anorectal conditions.

We needed to relaunch our website to improve its performance and increase our conversion rate.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Revolt has handled the full frontend and CMS relaunch of our website, building a more custom site experience for us and porting everything over from our old site. The team has also integrated our analytics platform, EHR, and CRM.

Our site performance metrics are much higher than before, including site speed, SEO, and accessibility. We’ve also seen improvements in usability and time saved on updating and building out new content, which is very important as founders who wear many different hats.

Revolt has delivered on time and is very communicative. We’ve communicated through virtual meetings and slack. We've kept everything tracked in Notion.
