What was the scope of their involvement?

REEA developed a completely new site on the PrestaShop platform with significant add-ons to accommodate specific needs for a grocery channel. These included all sorts of constraint management and handling of products with variable weight. Separately, it required integration with our ERP systems.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

REEA's work improved our customer experience and matched the needs of our grocery-specific needs. The site did great during the craze of 2020 when online orders boomed, and the platform handled the spike with success while accommodating new business needs. In fact, it handled eight times more volume and traffic and could have handled more if we hadn't reached our logistic limitations. Moreover, the new platform was a major update from the previous one. Keep in mind that the previous platform didn't even have the stock synchronized with our ERP, and customers were confronted with out-of-stock products. Separately, the quality of the images, UX design, and producer pages were great additions. We received direct feedback as well; we run a local business and sometimes interact face-to-face with our online customers. We also got a number of loyal customers.

REEA delivered on time with change requests. They had a larger team and could allocate experts depending on the need while having an overall project manager. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

REEA felt like part of my team. We had a very easy and prompt interaction. I also felt the comfort of knowing things would get done.

Not really. Maybe they could lead into bringing to our attention new features that could add value to our business based on best practices.

Our uptime is near 100%, and our user base and sales are growing. REEA has helped us develop functions to keep up with the increasing sales. Our mobile app has more than 500 sales per year, and our webshop grows 10% yearly.
