The project included upgrading our Laravel version to the most recent (we had skipped a few so this entailed a lot of QA to properly roll out to production). Alongside, we made some crucial workflow changes to our internal ATS software ranging from implementing more automation on the admin panel & a more streamlined workflow for the applicant portal.

The completion of the project with proper quality assurance within the allocated budget and timeline.

They use their internal Redmine platform for task management & Skype for communication. I needed an additional QA person & WP developer and they were able to align in a day. No qualms on timely delivery and responses to my needs.

Their speed in aligning whole team, understanding a clean piece of code, and then the developers having good intuition into program logic instead of "just getting it done" but "get it done well".

Sometimes grammatical errors for on-site text that are so obvious to me may get missed but this is a small thing.

The project included the intricate task of importing data from various sources and crafting user registration forms within the platform. These registration forms catered to individuals aged 18 and above, mandating the collection of extensive statistical data. 

Additionally, a distinct form was designed for users below the age of 18, necessitating careful moderation by our site administrators. Reea proved to be an invaluable partner from the project's inception. Their expertise and dedication were evident as they seamlessly executed the data importation and designed user-friendly registration forms. 

Furthermore, their innovative solution empowered our site administrators to effortlessly add news, content, and events from the back end, while also efficiently managing user accounts. This not only ensured that the project remained on track, but also allowed for an efficient allocation of resources. Reea has consistently delivered project milestones and elements on time, demonstrating her reliability and dedication to keeping the project schedule intact. 

This punctuality contributed significantly to the overall success of the project and helped us meet our objectives. Moreover, REEA's responsiveness to our needs is outstanding. What set them apart was their commitment to understanding our brand and objectives, resulting in a website that perfectly captured our identity and met our business goals. Additionally, their keen eye for design and user experience was a standout feature. The website they delivered not only met our functional requirements but also exceeded our expectations in terms of aesthetics and usability. While working with Reea on our project, we were consistently impressed by their ability to meet and even exceed our project requirements. They demonstrated a high level of expertise in understanding and executing the project according to our specifications. Their attention to detail, technical proficiency, and commitment to delivering on our expectations were commendable. 

However, no project is without its unique challenges, and in the spirit of constructive feedback, it's worth noting that clear and proactive communication could have been further enhanced. Although Reea did an excellent job overall, there were a few instances where we would have appreciated more frequent updates on the project's progress. 

That said, these are minor points in comparison to the overall quality of their work. Reea's ability to align with our project requirements and deliver results was highly satisfying, and we look forward to potential future collaborations.
