Content is developed and integrated. Upon launch, the website was monitored for any immediate issues. Post-launch, ongoing maintenance, updates, and support are provided. Key deliverables include:

Red Spot Design implemented some modifications to the website that they previously designed and built for us. To do this, we initially set up an appointment with David (Owner) and went over the design process and how long it would take. He gave me the details of what they needed from me to get started. They used WordPress as a key technology. Some features they worked on were a pop-up menu and file downloading.

In building the website, they also helped us with creating forms on our website, adding a new blog feature, enabling multi-language translations, and implementing website compliance features as well.

The website turned out amazing! The design was exactly what we were looking for, the web forms all worked correctly, the website performed as desired, and visitors to our website have been successfully navigating our products and services and filling out forms as we had hoped.

This is the best type of guidance for someone in my role and I appreciate the amount of time it saves me on back-and-forth. They are the best type of partner to have!
