A non-profit organization needed a migration to SharePoint. We were not only utilizing Microsoft SharePoint for our intranet but Reality Tech assisted us in the setup and use of Microsoft Teams which allowed our organization to consolidate our intranet, collaboration and communication tools into one shared and integrated experience.

The Autopilot project was completed successfully and now we are on the production testing phase, and everything is working well.

Our corporation has had a website since 2017 and a second Day Camp website since 2022 on a different technology platform. To save costs and simplify management, the decision was made to consolidate these two websites into the Wix platform. This requires changing email hosting as well at the same time, as well as migrating the current domain

I was very pleased with the professionalism exhibited in every way. The team communicated well and often and was always available for a discussion. When at times our requirements changed, I found the team to be very reactive and worked diligently to develop new solutions with good cheer.
Many of our users needed "extra" handholding which was provided patiently and competently. Our schedules were met, our users were trained and the community that we service is very very satisfied.

Reality Tech helped us expand a communication hub from our Canadian offices to all of North America, while still complying with the dual language requirements of Quebec. Additionally they created an automation to distribute daily digest emails as news is posted.

Company engagement will be the best metric, but it is too new to measure at this point.

The project did drag on longer than expected, but we admit just as much fault as our team was a bit disorganized in relaying the business requirements at first.

We worked together to build the scope and timeframes and RT were good partners in that they delivered on time with the correct scope. The team was flexible when it came to change orders and helpful in their support of the work product.
