The team built the entire application from the ground up, handling everything from initial concept to design and full functionality. We started with a raw idea and worked together to shape it into clear, ROI-driven features that set us up for a strong and focused MVP. From there, they designed the app in Figma—creating something that not only looks great but is also intuitive and easy to use. Once the design was finalized, they brought it to life in Bubble, building out all the functionality with a high level of precision and attention to detail. What really stood out was how collaborative the process felt. At every stage, they actively incorporated my feedback, continuously refining and improving the product. In many ways, they elevated the app beyond what I originally imagined, delivering something far more polished and impactful than I thought possible.

RapidDev has done an incredible job bringing this app to life—delivering a final product that far exceeds what I originally hoped for. From both a functionality and design standpoint, the app feels polished, intuitive, and thoughtfully built. What’s been especially validating is the overwhelmingly positive feedback we’ve received from users during beta testing. Many have specifically called out how easy the app is to use and how clean, well-structured, and intentional the design feels. It’s clear that RapidDev didn’t just build what was asked—they elevated the entire experience, creating something that truly resonates with users.

RapidDev consistently delivered on time and maintained clear, reliable communication throughout the entire process. I was kept in the loop at every stage, which made the experience feel smooth and well-managed from start to finish. RapidDev has been able to build the entire front end and coordinate with backend developers to create the app from design to a functional app. The team has converted Figma files into a functional Bubble website and provided services and support on how to iterate the front end of the application based on user feedback. Moreover, they've found a way to connect a complicated backend PostgreSQL database to the Bubble app. RapidDev has built the entire frontend, including the home page, dashboard, analytics dashboard, social network, and various features like discussion boards, investment research collaboration documents, financial documents, chat tools, and more.

RapidDev has turned our Figma files into a functional website within about 6–8 months.

How did RapidDev perform from a project management standpoint?

RapidDev has delivered on time. The main designs have been completed, but there have been a handful of bugs that we've had to fix, which wasn't surprising and was expected. Although the bugs have delayed the launch, the team has been able to resolve them in a meaningful amount of time. Some bugs have been simple fixes, while others have been complicated and needed a little more time to resolve. RapidDev's project management hasn't been the best at first, as their sales team wasn't aligned with their development team. However, they've been able to resolve all the issues I've had, and we've changed how we operate to a more flexible model that makes sense for everyone. We primarily communicate through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

RapidDev has been able to take a very complicated project that has many ambiguous features or functions (I haven't been 100% sure how it was supposed to work) and help me create it into an efficient application.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There has been misalignment in the fixed budgets and how much time it would take them to complete a project, as well as how long it would take them to fix bugs. However, this has been resolved after working through it. The team has improved and is open to feedback, which is great.

RapidDev completed the project with the features we asked for. The AI voice agent is yet to be fully deployed, but it will enable us to market the new feature to different audiences. Moreover, the feature saves users time.

RapidDev's communication was good. The project leaders had great communication using Slack and had a helpful setup for remote teams. However, there were some delays regarding the project's start date. Our primary form of communication was in-person meetings.
