I'm the owner of a Sea&Sky Apartments. Sea&Sky Apartments is unique design apartments in Odesa, Ukraine . In our opinion interior is a visual reflection of our lifestyle, we create space where you want to come back for people who are not indifferent to interior design and provide opportunity to rent best design apartments in our city.

For what projects/services did your company hire RaDevs, and what were your goals?

We wanted to redesign our website and introduce several special features to it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We've asked our partners and acquintances if they could recommend somebody to rework the website, and after talking to a few candidates, we picked RaDevs as we liked them the most.

We met and discussed the visual direction we were looking for, backed up with references of what our team was looking for. Then, we received a few design prototypes and picked the best one. Then, we finalized the design after a few iterations, completed layout, front and back end. Website is built using WordPress and PHP. The most important part was AirBnB synchronization.

Project Manager, CEO, Front End Developer, Back End Developer, UX/UI Designer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Traffic increased roughly by 30% from the get-go, and in a month conversion rate went up by 40%.

We were having a call each Monday to discuss plans for the week and exchange feedback. Every Friday we would have a meeting in which RaDevs reported to us about what was done over the week. We had access to the test server to see how the work was going and used Slack for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really really liked the transparency of the workflow and quick communication. Their designer's style strongly resonated with our taste and preferences.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We've encountered quite a few AirBNB synchronization bugs before we finally made it work. I'm not sure whose fault was that. Other than that, no concerns.

We had a task to develop CRM System with individual terms. And we hire RaDevs Company for solving some challenges outsourcing.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked at a couple of providers. We chose RaDevs because they really understood our business processes and they were well-prepared. We were confident that they could handle what we were trying to do.

Universal CRM was created on Laravel by RaDevs. Simple and intuitive interface for interacting with the client database. Automation of all business processes: analytics, marketing, work with clients and employees.

Each client has its own card - while opening, it's allowed to see the history of interaction, form a workflow, and also provides possible connections with clients and storage of the history of dialogues. Google Analytics integration to view the daily visit to the site. The system also allows for interaction with employees (task manager), control implementation, uniting employees into groups, and setting group tasks.

Implementation of an analysis of the client base, which allows to track preferences (track where customers most often came from and sales analytics) Base of goods, and warehouse accounting. The system provides the ability to control everything related to goods: options, stock balance, weight, and units of measurement.

Providing the opportunity to manage the logistics. The system allows you to set promotions for certain products or categories of products. Ability to view and analyze sales statistics for a certain period (day, week, month, year). The application has also been integrated into mobile devices.

On this project, we were working with 2 developers (Senior Back-end - PHP, Laravel).

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

RaDev's work has improved the client’s operations, and their tool has been praised for its high quality. The solutions received positive feedback from the partner's internal team and customers. RaDevs maintained daily communication as well as transparency on project status and progress.

The project management was great. RaDev's team always completed the work on time, we did not have any unforeseen circumstances in the work. Communicated daily via Skype.

They know what they are doing, they do their best (which is very good), and they are all super friendly, reliable, and communicative people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The team did an excellent job with our task.

Our company has been delivering food and ready meals on the market for more than 5 years. I am an administrator. I monitor compliance and implementation of all processes.

We needed a site that would allow us to develop online, expand our customer base via the Internet, and increase sales.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I chose the artist according to the available budget, but the final decision was made after the interview.

The work included the creation of a turnkey online store website on WordPress. The specialists had to create a site design from scratch, develop its structure, and think over the functionality. They succeeded and they did an excellent job.

7 specialists worked on the implementation of our project. Project manager, designer, programmer, QA, SEO, SMM, content manager, copywriter.

The site began to work from the very first days of its placement and the launch of an advertising campaign. The level of sales of the company began to grow.
