We were trying to get into The USA market for our VA services. But we lost a lot of money choosing the wrong company. So then I talked to Bob about it and he suggested we should try Purplegator. So Our requirements were these:

• User friendly, light, & SEO friendly website
• Proper on page and off page strategy and execution
• Social Media and influencer marketing

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After 4 months from the start, we were in business in the USA. Our rank is going higher in Google.. We started getting leads to work on.

They delivered Everything on time.. Because of me we were in back foot,  because I had to handle everything.  Their management is so good that, the day I hired Purplegator, I did not have to wait another day trying to fix everything.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

The company serves both job seekers and local businesses using federal funds.

Our mission is to create a local workforce system that enables individuals to become self-sufficient and upgrade their work skills; to ensure employers have the skilled workers they need to compete effectively in the global economy; and to connect unemployed, underemployed, and discouraged workers to jobs and careers.  I am the Executive Director.

What challenge were you trying to address with Purplegator?

Purplegator was selected through a Request for Proposals and review process to provide an advertising campaign using various social media to attract youth and young adults ages 16-24 to the funded Young Adult programs such as vocational exploration, counseling, assessments, classroom training, and paid work experience.  A secondary audience for advertising and outreach consisted of the parents of the Young Adults.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Purplegator created an advertising campaign for outreach and education of youth, young adults, and their parents.  The campaign involved advertising through YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Mobile Web Apps, Gaming Platforms, and text message marketing.

How did you come to work with Purplegator?

A Request for Proposals was issued, and Purplegator was one of the applicants.  Through a review team process involving independent reviews, Purplegator was chosen as the contractor for this project.

How much have you invested with them?

Contracts over a two-year period of engagement resulted in approximately $209,000.00 in social media costs and payments to Purplegator.

What is the status of this engagement?

The contract period was for 2019-2020 and the engagement period has been completed.

Describe the impact this engagement has had on your business.

Purplegator was very amenable to adjusting their campaign based on the COVID-19 pandemic and the needs of our WDB.  We were very pleased with the level of outreach that was conducted.

Purplegator was very responsive to requests for information and provided proof of all advertising campaigns in a timely manner.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My past and current relationship with Purple Gator's owner and seeing examples of their work.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had a kick-off meeting where we reviewed the objectives of the project. The design and wireframe was predicated mostly off of the current website structure. Purple Gator gave us parameters in which to work from in terms of their templated architecture of the website that suited our needs.

A project manager was the main point of contact. The manager and support personnel were also present.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have not yet launched our new site, but the preliminary finished product looked great.

We had monthly meetings initially which now involve daily email exchanges.

I am the office coordinartor for a very busy dental practice in the suburbs of Philadelphia.
