Pryvus supported the development of our WordPress-based membership platform by implementing custom theme and child theme modifications, adapting existing plugins to meet our specific requirements, and resolving technical issues that could not be addressed through the WordPress admin interface alone. Their work covered both frontend customization and backend code changes to ensure the platform functioned according to our specifications.

Pryvus assigned us a dedicated project manager as our single point of contact throughout the engagement. Over the course of three years, the project manager changed once, but the transition was smooth. Our PM integrated directly into our task management system, which made collaboration straightforward - we defined the tasks and they were worked through systematically by their team. Communication was clear and efficient since we always dealt with one person who handled internal task distribution on their end.

The single point of contact model worked well for us - having one dedicated project manager who understood our platform deeply and handled all internal coordination meant we never had to repeat context or manage multiple relationships on their side.

Delivery speed occasionally slowed during certain phases of the project, though the team typically picked the pace back up again. More consistent turnaround times throughout would have been the main area for improvement.

Our website was designed by a contract designer, who provided page designs one at a time. The Pryvus team, led by co-founder Denis, promptly did the development and brought each page online as we completed working through the whole site. 

Since the redesign was completed, he has done an excellent job providing prompt maintenance and bugfixes when something comes up.

I have used Denis, co-founder of Pryvus to maintain our website for many years now. I have always been impressed with the speed of Pryvus' work. We needed to build a custom Vue.JS application that allow people to build stickers and send off in a print ready format.  The sticker builde had a complex rule set on font sizes, spacing and colors.

The development team was fantastic.  They were super responsive the entire time and provided updates in record time.  When working with the team I didn't ever feel like we were ever stuck or behind because they kept the ball moving on their end.  My favorite part of working with the team is that they understand the projects entirely and guide the development without having to be micro-managed.

Developers have a good understanding of what needs to be done, no need to write very detailed terms of reference. They often delay the release dates of updates. Yet they work honestly, don't pad their hours, and there is systematic work on bugs
