We hired Proteus Technologies LLC to help us deliver a HubSpot-powered marketing solution for one of our clients. Our goals were to streamline lead capture, improve CRM and marketing automation workflows, set up effective campaign tracking, and create a more organized system for nurturing prospects and measuring marketing performance.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Proteus Technologies LLC supported us with the HubSpot implementation and marketing automation side of the project. Their work included setting up and configuring HubSpot CRM, creating lead capture processes, building automation workflows, organizing contact segmentation, supporting campaign tracking, and helping align the client’s marketing and sales pipeline.The key deliverables included CRM setup, marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing structure, forms and tracking integration, contact and pipeline organization, and technical support to ensure the client could use HubSpot more effectively for ongoing campaigns and lead management.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The measurable outcomes included improved lead tracking, better CRM visibility, automated follow-up workflows, and clearer reporting on campaign performance. Through the HubSpot setup, the client’s team was able to manage leads more efficiently, reduce manual follow-up tasks, and gain better insight into the marketing and sales pipeline.We saw progress in areas such as lead capture, contact organization, workflow automation, and campaign tracking. Overall, the project helped the client move from a less organized marketing process to a more structured, measurable, and scalable HubSpot-based system. The client’s feedback was that the HubSpot setup made their marketing and sales process much more organized and easier to manage.
