Please describe your company and your position there.

Our company provides HR and Health & Safety services to local businesses. We take care of their documentation ( contracts of employment, employee handbook, disciplinary letters and actions, termination letters, etc... ) we give them advice on situations they face and also purchase an insurance for them where their legal fees will be covered should they need representation. We help business owners protect their culture, increase productivity and employee retention so they can focus on what they do best - taking care of their clients and growing their business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Propulsoft?

We needed a new website as our original website was designed by a firm who did not really care about our needs and simply designed something quickly. We tried to get them to rework the site but they stopped responding... so Propulsoft was like a breath of fresh air as they were available for all questions, kept us in the loop and came up with fantastic ideas around how we can save time and money in our processes. So they are also working on a software for us as they can do web design but also anything else you might have in mind when it comes to technology from software to apps and other tools.

How did you select this vendor?

Propulsoft came highly recommended by 3 other business owners we know and trust. They had hired Propulsoft for major projects and were extremely with the quality of the work, the turnaround time and their overall professionalism.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Initially, we started with the redesign of our website. They took the time to understand our needs, our business, our competitors, and what keywords need to be emphasized. They created the site map, we created the content and less then 2 weeks later we had a meeting to review the initial version of the website. I absolutely loved where they were going with our website and why they were doing it. They took the time to explain why they were choosing such colours and such design and how visitors would perceive our company which was great. Then another 2 weeks later ( because I took a bit more time creating content ) the website was ready and we are now working on our first software, I say first because there could be a few different ones.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with the owner since he was referred to us but he is always overseeing all projects. We worked with the head designer who was working with his team so the communication was simple and clear. We always know who to connect with and who to talk to which is something we really appreciate from dealing with Propulsoft.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have a website that actually loads quickly, our other website would take sometimes over 1 minute to load... very bad for visitors. We do AdWords and it helped reduce our cost per click and improve our quality score. We increased views of our videos and completion of contact us forms.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective as it was always easy to connect with them. One point of contact and they always make sure you are happy with the service and the results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their skills, the responsiveness of their team, the quality of their work, and probably most of all - their ideas. They always have new ideas, almost like they are inside my head, and are able to translate what I imagine having in place into words...

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Quite frankly, I am impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for website design, UI UX work, software or app creation as they are fantastic and will not disappoint.

I had met the people from Propulsoft through networking and I had developed a bond of trust and collaboration with them.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I loved working with the Propulsoft team. The site is now showing very well (1st or 2nd in organic Google results for keywords such as business coaching). They have always been creative and bring great value to the project.

We had a weekly teleconference meeting to keep track of progress. We have sometimes added telephone or other meetings as needed. We also work with shared documents

The price / quality ratio is impressive.

We adjusted as we went along and found a way of working that worked for both parties.
