Our goal is to tell a unique story that stands out from our competitors. We didn't want a cookie-cutter website that looks like every other IT site. Instead, we aimed for a distinct design that truly sets us apart. Given our name's Star Wars association, we've incorporated that theme into our storytelling and, in turn, into our website's design. Their team focused on designing every aspect of the site and did a lot of graphical work for us. 

The new site features a customer reviews section that is updated in real-time, which is essential to us because we want to keep it fluid and dynamic. The chatbot feature is also a great addition and seamlessly integrates with our sales team. Additionally, the web forms for customer intake and reviews are a helpful feature Pronto Marketing created for us. Overall, the site is fantastic.

Additionally, they host an integrated blog on our site and provide valuable assistance with our SEO efforts.

We’ve been working with Pronto Marketing for around 10 years, so I don’t remember a lot of the details regarding the original engagement. Still, they first helped us develop our website from scratch on WordPress, for which I provided them with some content to use. For the last 10 years, their team has been in charge of our website hosting and maintenance.

This site is a very basic website for marketing purposes. On it, we post our blog and use different links for our mailings and marketing efforts. We also link our marketing activities back to our website.

As for Pronto Marketing’s SEO work, they’ve helped us with some SEO research. When we launched the site, they also optimized each page manually. I know that they have different SEO and marketing services as well, but we haven’t moved forward with any of those services.

Pronto Marketing’s project management has been excellent; they’ve delivered on time and stayed on budget. During the website development process, they were very organized and fast. We had no surprises in the end, and it was a very good experience. We usually communicate via email. Whenever I submit a ticket, I know that I’m going to get a response back very fast, so I never worry.

Pronto Marketing has a well-established process. They’re fast, efficient, and very friendly, and that level of service has remained consistent over the past 10 years.
