What challenge were you trying to address with Pronto Marketing?

We needed help with creating a website, improving our SEO, and improving our marking options with our clients. Therefore, we hired Pronto Marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve been working with Pronto Marketing for around 10 years, so I don’t remember a lot of the details regarding the original engagement. Still, they first helped us develop our website from scratch on WordPress, for which I provided them with some content to use. For the last 10 years, their team has been in charge of our website hosting and maintenance.

This site is a very basic website for marketing purposes. On it, we post our blog and use different links for our mailings and marketing efforts. We also link our marketing activities back to our website.

As for Pronto Marketing’s SEO work, they’ve helped us with some SEO research. When we launched the site, they also optimized each page manually. I know that they have different SEO and marketing services as well, but we haven’t moved forward with any of those services.

When we were setting up the website, we worked with around 5–10 teammates from Pronto Marketing. Over the years, we’ve worked with 15–20 different teammates in total.

How did you come to work with Pronto Marketing?

We found them on Google because they were promoting themselves as being geared toward MSPs. When we looked at their website, it looked good, as did the product they offered. Additionally, we really liked their processes; they seemed well-organized, efficient, and capable of delivering what we asked them for.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around July 2013, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After we launched our new website, our navigation improved, and we started seeing more traffic. Unfortunately, we haven’t seen better metrics to show in that regard. Still, we’re very happy with the end result.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Pronto Marketing’s project management has been excellent; they’ve delivered on time and stayed on budget. During the website development process, they were very organized and fast. We had no surprises in the end, and it was a very good experience. We usually communicate via email. Whenever I submit a ticket, I know that I’m going to get a response back very fast, so I never worry.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pronto Marketing has a well-established process. They’re fast, efficient, and very friendly, and that level of service has remained consistent over the past 10 years.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When we went to Pronto Marketing to take care of our website, I thought that they would do more SEO work and consulting. Maybe they did some work initially, but it wasn’t enough to generate good traffic or leads, which was a bit disappointing. Now, SEO is a separate service that they offer, and we’re still deciding if we want to spend more money in that area.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you want a customized experience for your site, be prepared and have specific information about your organization prepared in advance. You can go to Pronto Marketing with a general idea and run with it, but if you don’t contribute anything through the process, you’ll end up with a more generic website.

We originally hired Pronto to revamp our website. We also wanted a bigger web presence and relevant consistent content for our website blog to attract visitors and capture leads.

Our founder chose Pronto when I was an intern at the company in 2017 and we've been using a variety of Pronto's services since. The deciding factors was a partner that understands our industry and needs and affordable price points.

In the very beginning, they integrated HubSpot with the website forms so that everything was set up for getting potential leads. We discussed our domain rating and what the steps are for increasing it. For the blogging services, they consistently send the monthly blog drafts for approval, as well as the eBook every 3 months.

They ask about topics ahead of time and allow me to pick and choose which blogs are published each month. This is ongoing. In the past, they've helped me with questions regarding WordPress and other generic website questions like pop-ups, keywords, headers, etc.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Over the years I've worked with a number of Pronto's team members for a variety of projects. I've had good experiences with Mac, Dorji, Ruben, Ying, Toey, Nestor, Boat, and Natt, but one team member stands out the most: Paulo. I have worked with Paulo since starting at the company and we've been in correspondence weekly since then. Paulo is a Senior Marketing Coordinator and handles all things related to our website — blogs, eBooks, newsletter, traffic, SEO, analytics, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Before Pronto, we had an issue with low-volume results for our website traffic. With the blog posting and SEO services, Pronto helped us to increase our traffic by 250%, with 55% of this traffic coming through the new blogs.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Even with the time difference, Pronto is able to answer all of my questions in a timely matter and lets me know in advance if there will be a delay with any deliverables due to holidays.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have everything we need for our website, a great understanding of our unique needs, and are willing to actively listen and brainstorm to make changes that mirror our requests.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say maybe more feedback and suggestions outside of the monthly SEO updates.

I have been working as a communications specialist since 2017 and have been collaborating with Pronto to oversee the website for the Forum. Our consultancy firm is dedicated to assisting in the acceleration of energy transition in the Southeast Asia region.

Pronto has been a valuable partner in creating an exceptional website for the Forum since 2015. We have a shared goal of creating a professional and polished website that serves as a central hub for sharing information with participants of the Forum. With the Forum being held annually, we work closely with Pronto to ensure the website is always up-to-date with the latest information.

High level of professionalism, responsiveness, positive attitude, and cost-effectiveness.

Every year (around February), we will talk to Pronto about updating the website with the information about the Forum each year, how we want the website to look like. We normally start covering the previous year's website wit the landing page while we're working on updating all the information about the Forum this year. I will coordinate with Pronto and share the content, Pronto will work on the design and create the pages with content for us. The work is ongoing until July. We send information through Pronto Support, usually they assign the engineer/project manager for each ticket very swiftly.

Several project managers and engineers. Regnilei was super impressive.

Might not measurable, but the website represents professionalism well which is what we want to have for the Forum.

Friendly and professional. A lot of young souls which makes it fun to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When they get bigger, they will take a bit longer to respond due to the increased number of clients. Maybe they can look at their staffing as well to minimize the risk of delaying support.

We hired pronto to make our website look professional. We use the site mainly for information (phone number and company contacts) and to provide a little bit of background for our company.

We were looking for a company to help us with our website but everyone seemed like a scam, or was so much money. At one point we were looking for a company to do some heavy machinery moving for us and I saw their website and loved it. Found out Pronto designed it and the rest is history.

We wanted our website to be uncomplicated and we needed the process to create the website to also be uncomplicated. We have a small office staff and did not have a lot of time to create a website. We simply sent Pronto a basic outline of what we wanted, company facts and photos and they did everything.

I don't remember how many people from their team worked on our project, but it was enough to get the job done the way we wanted it and quickly.

Our website is beautiful and we have a Contact form where we get leads from. This is something we were not expecting and are delighted with it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pronto Marketing has designed and developed our website for us in WordPress. Since then, they’ve been offering hosting and maintenance services. Although we mainly do edits to our site ourselves now, their team has also helped us with major edits whenever we need help.

Users who go to our website can see our recent transactions, a list of our services, and the sectors we’ve worked with. Our site also has our team’s information, including bios of everyone on the team and our contact information. Pronto Marketing is also in charge of updating said contact information whenever needed.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Pronto Marketing’s help desk team and their customer support specialist, although I’ve also worked with their managing director.

How did you come to work with Pronto Marketing?

Pronto Marketing was hired before my time, so I’m not sure how they were brought into the project. 

How much have you invested with them?

From June 2016–December 2022, we paid Pronto Marketing $50 per month for their services. Starting this year, they stopped offering their cheapest service package, so we’re now paying around $100 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2016, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Pronto Marketing provides us with an online presence, so we’re very easy to find. Anyone who needs to reach out to us has the contact information at their fingertips; they just need to look us up online. People have actually reached out to us after reading about what our firm has done on our site.

As general feedback, Pronto Marketing has been very accommodating, and they’ve gone above and beyond in doing more comprehensive edits to our site than requested, which is great.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate with Pronto Marketing via email. Even though we have a time difference, their response time is very good. Depending on the time I reach out, I might not get a response until the next day. Still, they always answer within 24 hours. In addition to that, Pronto Marketing is very flexible, willing to help us out, and proactive in providing us with suggestions.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pronto Marketing’s main strength is their customer service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s something Pronto Marketing could improve on.

Pronto Marketing is very helpful and friendly, so don’t hesitate to reach out and ask them if they can meet your needs.

We're an IT managed services provider servicing clients in the Western Washington and Portland Oregon area. I am the Chief Technical Officer at the company and help oversee our website and digital marketing efforts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pronto Marketing, and what were your goals?

We have worked with Pronto Marketing for a few years now. They helped redesign our website when we onboarded with them, and provide ongoing managed website services to host our site, keep our site updated, and provide content creation services for us to help create several monthly blogs, a monthly email newsletter, social media posts throughout the month, and whatever other updates we want to make to our website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have hosted our own website in the past, but found that partnering with a company that specializes in hosting sites for our industry and can bring in other marketing services was beneficial for us. We considered other options. We found that Pronto Marketing was reasonably priced and suitable to work with.

We went through an onboarding process with Pronto when we first started working with them. They helped put together a website design for us that we worked through several iterations of, site structure, etc. We then worked with them to put together each of the pages, calls to action of each page, etc. They also have helped organize and manage social media posts, custom blog posts that we collaborate on, and they manage some digital advertising (Google AdWords, etc.) and search engine optimization.

We have worked with our primary point of contact and folks from their digital marketing team and support teams.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have experienced gradual increases in number of leads that we get from our website as the site has been optimized over time. At this point we typically get several high-quality leads per month via our website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Pronto is easy to work with. Many of their team is not in the same timezone, but even so requests for changes are typically handled quickly (typically overnight). They will mock up changes if they aren't sure and send screen shots for input.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provide not only website hosting and website management, but bring other marketing services to table as well (email marketing, website integration with other tools, digital advertising management, etc.).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of any--they've been great to work with!

We had a few websites which were not managed properly by prior service providers and we were looking someone who could manage the site and recreate them with more security.

We were referred by another vendor which manages our IT and cloud services.

Pronto helped us switch timbercreek.com over to their servers based in Wordpress. They developed our site timbercreekfinancial.com from scatch using the current site as reference.

I think about 4-5 people, we had the sales rep, customer service rep to move the site, PM (Ploy) who helped get the specs, and some billing personnel.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We really liked what they did with the site. Overall, we did not have any particular requirements. We just said that this is our current site and improve it based on what is suitable. The result was very professional.

We are located in Toronto and Pronto is located in Thailand. I think the response would usually be overnight. They have tools that help communicate what we wanted though. Overall, they were very professional.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think they were very artistic. They highlighted areas our old site was weak with. They are very hard working.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Definitely the video conferencing could be improved. The speed of the conference from our location was very slow and there were a lot of connection issues. I would recommend that if you have your own conferencing service be the initiator and send the invite.

After providing them with the content and imagery, Pronto Marketing proceeded with rebuilding our website in the way we wanted it to be laid out. They’ve transitioned the site to a user-friendly and better-looking system. They’ve also added certain product sections and categories to the site, as well as a shopping cart to allow customers to purchase our products.

We work with 2–3 people from their side.

I don’t know. My partner, who handles all our IT needs, was the one who found them.

We don’t have the specific metrics, but the website they’ve built looks more professional and easy to use. Also, we’ve been getting bookings directly from the site, which is something we don’t get before.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a bit of difficulty with how to make changes, but we eventually figured out the best way to do so. After getting that down, working with their team has been an easy process. For communication, we primarily use email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like their response time — they implement changes within 24–48 hours.

I can’t think of anything. We haven’t had problems with Pronto Marketing. We just send them what we need, and they get it done.

What was the scope of their involvement?

To start off the project, we presented Pronto Marketing with a bunch of documents explaining what our company does, along with our mission statement. After that, we told them how we wanted the website to look and what kind of content should be on each page. From there, their team started putting the site together, including the written content, images, and other key components. They built the site from scratch using WordPress.

The site has already been launched, and we continue to pay Pronto Marketing on a monthly basis for maintenance support and to implement any updates.

We work with several people from their team, including Adam (Head of Accounts),  a project manager, a technical writer, a graphic designer, and a programmer. Our main point of contact is the project manager.

With Pronto Marketing’s help, we’ve managed to create a website that aligns with our vision. We’ve also received a lot of positive feedback from different customers about our new site: it's very nice and easy to use. Overall, we wouldn’t have been able to achieve this without their help.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re very happy with their turnaround time; they always deliver in a timely manner. Their team manages tasks and communicates with us through a ticketing system called Zendesk. Whenever we have any questions or concerns, they respond to us quickly.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like that their pricing model includes all of the services we need. They’re just a message away whenever there’s anything we need them to do, such as adding a new page or writing SEO content.

Pricing can always be improved.

Know what you want from your website. Also, make sure to communicate your requirements as clearly as possible to avoid misunderstandings, especially when working in a remote setup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pronto Marketing?

We had a custom-made site that seemed to be a bit shabby, so we hired Pronto Marketing to rebuild our site.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pronto Marketing has designed and developed our WordPress website from scratch using the material we provided. We started with conventional designs, asked them to add more design elements, and showed them examples we liked. Since our product is AI software, we asked the team to include an overview page and another page that goes into more detail. Additionally, there's a page where users can download our software and one for our team presentation. They've also added blogs and downloadable material, including user guides. 

The team is still implementing features for us on the functional side of the site, though not on the artistic side anymore. Currently, Pronto Marketing is working on a forum. 

What is the team composition?

I've worked with two teammates from Pronto Marketing: Adam (Head of Accounts & Partnerships) and our main contact person. Although our contact has a team working with her, I'm unsure of their names.

How did you come to work with Pronto Marketing?

I came across them while searching for vendors online. Pronto Marketing had a really good presentation and a nice website that showed their previous designs, which I liked. I contacted them and spoke to Adam, who reinforced my first impression. Moreover, the price was right, and we were convinced they could do what they promised, so we hired them. 

How much have you invested in them?

We paid $5,000 for the website and currently spend around $200 monthly for maintenance.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2021, and our engagement is ongoing on a monthly maintenance plan.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pronto Marketing has made a beautiful website for us — we like its look and feel. We've seen competitors' websites in our space, and ours compares nicely. However, we haven't explored the site with the general population yet.

As for the design, we told them we were okay with some more adventurous designs, and they took the liberty and made some choices that sometimes surprised us, usually in a good way. Although their ideas weren't always quite right, we would let them know. Moreover, we felt like the Pronto Marketing team also had fun during the design process. They have the artistic and technical talents we require, and the result is good. Overall, we had a good collaboration and creative process with them.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a fixed budget for the site, and our interactions with them were pretty immediate. We use a project management tool that allows us to hover over an element, then a window pops up, and we can add a comment or attach an image or a file. The comment is added to the queue directly within the webpage itself, and the Pronto Marketing team checks things off one by one.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've looked at multiple competitors and like Pronto Marketing's work better.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes the creative process is a bit laborious. The team tries to find out what I want, and I try to find out what they can do. We've gone back and forth, but that isn't unusual in a creative process, so I don't think there's anything they need to improve. 

The maintenance is slightly sluggish, but it may also be my fault. Still, I feel like the process is a bit less spontaneous than it was when we were with the designers. Moreover, I'm not sure who my contact at the company is right now; however, their service is okay.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As with any designer, you must give Pronto Marketing examples of what you'd like. You can't just expect them to come up with something you like out of the blue because that's impossible. If you give them samples, they can calibrate themselves and deliver something in that direction but still add their style.

Sometimes they might show you something you aren't sure of, but it may grow on you. New ideas can push you in directions that you didn't think about or even know existed, so it takes a little time to get used to them. We went through that, and even though we had to tweak things a little, we were always happy with the team's work. Still, you have to tell them what you're comfortable with and be willing to express that.
