We hired Pronto mainly to manage our website and do any changes we need.

What was the scope of their involvement?

In the beginning, we already had a vision of what we wanted the website to look like. The development process was a team effort; we tell Pronto what we wanted, and they built and edited the website accordingly. 

At present, we receive updates every so often. We constantly email them to make the updates we need for the website.

I usually interface with four people from their team; two of them are project managers. If they’re not available, other teammates respond to us. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent under $10,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’ve been able to manage the engagement well; Pronto answers to us quickly every time I need them to make changes. The team also reaches out consistently to ensure they know what changes need to be made and everything is completed accordingly. In terms of the website, it looks exactly what I want.  

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Pronto’s project management is great. If they don’t understand what I text or email them, they ask me to explain more about it. Overall, they’re great a communication. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

For the most part, Pronto delivers what I need on the first try. I simply email them instructions, and then they get everything done — they have a quick turnaround time. I also don’t usually have to point out anything wrong with their outputs. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, their response times can get a bit delayed. However, that’s a given because they’re in a different country. I also haven’t experienced any language barrier. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Try Pronto out; I’ve had a great experience with them, and they’re honest. If they don’t understand what direction they’re supposed to take, they’ll ask.

I’m the president of a business services firm.  We provide technology classrooms and meeting spaces for our clients globally.  Our services include finding the right location, technology including computers, projector, cameras, microphones, speakers, food and beverages and the logistics that go along with running a training event, meeting or conference.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pronto Marketing?

We wanted to improve the look of our website to drive organic marketing from search engines, as our website is our main marketing tool and lead generator.

Although we have great client loyalty, to meet our revenue goals we rely on new clients every month.  This makes having a lead-generating website critical to us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve been working with Pronto Marketing for over 10 years, and in that time, they’ve helped us design and develop our WordPress website, optimize it for mobile browsing, and continually make backend updates to improve SEO.

During the creation process, Pronto developed wireframes, which we interacted with and tested in an off-site environment. This offline tool allowed us to ensure that all the pages were accurate that all links functioned properly.

Interactive maps on the website show the details of our US locations. If you click on a certain part of the map, you can find specific information on that meeting location.

Pronto also helped identify and upload pictures that matched our image.  Finally, they have helped ups put together and sent out newsletters.

When we put in a request, a person from Pronto is assigned, they always know what to do and provide us fast turn arounds.

How did you come to work with Pronto Marketing?

We learned about Pronto through a marketing organization that we belonged to years ago.  Their approach made sense as we knew what we wanted to say, but didn't have the staff to put together and maintain the site. 

How much have you invested with them?

We have paid a monthly fee for over 10 years so it has to be over $40,000, but that is over 10 years.  We feel that it has been a good investment. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We have been a client of theirs since January of 2011.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our website has a lot of pages. We don't have the knowledge or staff to build or keep it up. Organic marketing and website security is always changing.  Our website remains secure, very functional and gets lots of traffic. 

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

We are very pleased and do not have any complaints.  They are responsive and do anything that we ask.  Pronto has a site to request changes, additions or just to ask a question.  If you want to talk with someone it is easy to schedule a call. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They all seem to be very knowledgeable and quick to respond if there is any issue.  They have resources that design content, know SEO, and others that know the backend tools. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't really think of anything.

If you have a website that will be somewhat dynamic, need help with content and people finding you.  Pronto will serve you well.

We have been working with Pronto for just over 11 years now and they do a fantastic job of creating, hosting, and updating our website. Our goal was to work with a responsive partner who could help us navigate the changing landscape that is online presence and they have done that.

Originally we selected them based on their experience and expertise with the IT industry. They built a system that makes it easy to work with them and as they've grown, they continued investing in people and processes to make sure the outcomes exceed expectations.

We used their online questionnaire to get the redesign scope focused and from there we had a kick-off call and along the way our project manager kept us informed of deliverables and dates so we could approve the work or suggest changes. They worked hard to make sure we stayed on schedule. The site is developed in WordPress.

We worked directly with a dedicated project manager. Behind the scenes, I am unsure how many resources worked on the actual project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They were really good at taking general concepts from us and working them into the design and layout. We are fans of Don Miller's StoryBrand work and wanted a site that followed that format and they delivered.

The initial communication was by phone/video and the project management work was all communicated through their ticketing system. I am confident had we needed to hop on a call we could have done so but the communication cadence was good and the project moved along smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As I got to know their team over the years, it's evident that they care about customer service and high-quality work. I am sure it's not easy dealing with people who sometimes don't even know what they want but they are great with coming up with ideas and are very responsive.

Nothing notable.

After a series of discovery meetings, we received 3 initial designs for the main page on the site. Once we chose a theme, they finalized the design and the site went live.

Our website was created many years ago and needed to be redone. We do not have the capability in house to build or maintain our website and therefore contacted Pronto Marketing to assist.

We contacted a few local companies, but their resources were limited and the project would have taken a very long time to complete. Pronto was recommended by our IT support.

We used Pronto before, so we were familiar with the procedure. We had an initial meeting and started sending information from there. Each page were build and approved before moving to the next one. The project was completed swiftly and we continue to make updates on an ongoing bases.

They were very professional. The vendor provided speedy turnaround times on requests.

After an update some of the links were broken. We only realized this once a client brought it to our attention. It would be nice to be alerted when something goes wrong on the website

Pronto built the Company's website in 2016 and redesigned in 2019 to be more friendly and professional look. Pronto helps us on WordPress maintenance (since 2016) to update all information. I wish our website is attractive for users and can create sales or incomes to our company. (not just information but another sales point)

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Out IT security provider recommended Pronto to us. We like Pronto's web design, advices, the way to send requests and monitor progress of each task. Pronto staff can understand our Thai language, easy for us to communicate.

We had a meeting to share ideas, processes, timeline and how we would work together. After that, we delivered sitemap, contents and related photos. Pronto delivered mock-ups for us to choose, developed the WordPress site and translated some information from Thai to English language.

We had a kick-off meeting with 3-4 persons, and worked closely with 1 main contact. I think many staff behind the project.

There are some good feedbacks on our website design.

We worked and communicated through Pronto Service messaging. All information is kept in the chat history.

Pronto can help us on WordPress design and update and we have no need to hire permanent staff. They are providing quality services at an acceptable cost.

Log history is limited at 25 revision times. As a professional web development & design company, Pronto shall give feedback, advice, or share with clients ideas to improve the client's website periodically.

We hired Pronto Marketing to build the website for our new plastic surgery practice.

Pronto Marketing was recommended to us by our IT provider. We were looking for a company that was affordable and would build us a very professional looking website.

They had to build our website from scratch. It took many weeks longer than we thought. There was a lot of back and forth emails and zoom meetings and making edits through bug herd. We were very pleased with the end result.

We worked with one main contact, but we got to know several Pronto employees throughout the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Prospective patients always comment on how they like our website. Pronto is very quick to add reviews to our testimonial page or make any changes we ask for.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between us and them was very effective. This is our first website and we really needed a company that knew what they were doing. The Pronto team was very efficient and provided us with updates all the time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed with their overall work ethic. They were always very responsive to our questions and requests. We didn't realize when we hired them that they are based in Thailand. We got used to getting email responses in the middle of the night.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We were very pleased with the results and we continue to be very pleased with Pronto Marketing's service as we are adding pictures and reviews to the website.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched online and tried several companies before arriving to Pronto. We checked some references and everyone talked very highly of Pronto so we decided to give it a try and it has been a great decision!

They migrated our hosting to a better hosting, updated all the security settings of the webpage and did an optimization process to improve load speed and fuctionality. Now they continue to do ongoing maintenance and updates.

We have worked with several team members - all of them very knowledgeable.

Our website is working wonderful! it is fast and safe and any slight issue we have, Pronto team is on top of it working hand in hand with us.

Very effective - Pronto team answers very fast and is on top of the issues to resolve them ASAP.

The transition to start working with them was very smooth. They hit the ground running when they started working with us. The team fully understands our needs, and they know how to solve them.

No - they are a great team and we could not be happier with having choosen them to work with us in all maintenance related aspects of our site.

I'm the founder of Akaliko Global and we provide hydraulic cylinder replacement solutions for mining and construction companies worldwide.

We were experiencing a ton of problems with our WordPress website before working with Pronto. We suffered numerous hacks which led to frequent downtime. In approaching Pronto, we aimed to gain reliable hosting and overall website management.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Before working with Pronto, our website was a mess. It was crashing on a daily basis. One of my salesmen had suggested Pronto as a possible solution. I looked into their services online and eventually had a call with them.

Pronto was able to take our website as-is and migrate it to their hosting platform. After granting login access to Pronto, they quickly fixed our immediate issues and made improvements to our overall performance

In working with Pronto, I've dealt with a small handful of support staff. They have been a pleasure to work with. Pronto's communication channels are very efficient and personable.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

First and foremost, we have never experienced any downtime with our site since moving to Pronto. Secondarily, they have suggested improvements and implemented some important security and performance features. Most of all, we can spend more time working on our clients and less time worrying about our website.

Their project management is great. They have a very robust ticketing system that's very easy to work with. The Pronto staff is very quick to make the changes, often within 24 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Pronto has been very consistent and reliable. Our previous hosting provider was nothing of the sort. We were constantly chasing them and clamoring for attention. Pronto on the other hand has been rock solid in their response and overall customer care.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

So far, things have been very smooth. I have nothing to suggest here at this point.

We’re an accounting firm in Dallas, Texas with about 20 employees. I am one of two administrative managers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pronto Marketing? 

They revised and updated our website and now provide ongoing support.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pronto Marketing handled both the user-facing side of the website and the administrative backend. The biggest feature we added was an online payment link. They continue to handle all changes as well. 

Everything was done through a dummy website that they were building. They had technology on that website where we could ask questions and upload and send information and pictures. 

What is the team composition?

After the initial call, Pronto’s owner assigned a designer to us. They ended up leaving the company, and we were assigned another design. Closer to the go-live date, we worked closely with an implementation resource. I also got frequent emails from another individual checking to ensure everything was going well. We worked with around four people on the design team via email. 

How did you come to work with Pronto Marketing? 

We were considering updating the website and had a spontaneous conversation with our IT person, who recommended Pronto. They’d redone our IT vendor’s website to great success. We had a conference call with the owner of Pronto and talked about what our partners wanted to achieve. The website hadn’t been updated in many, many years. 

How much have you invested with them?

We started with a monthly fee of $260 when we signed up to redo our website. This included any design and troubleshooting. In January 2021, we switched to an annual fee of $2,800. 

What is the status of this engagement?

The first meeting was in August 2018, and the website went live in January 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

A lot of our clients requested the payment feature, and a lot of people are using it now. The number of payments coming through is consistent, though more always come through during tax season.

How did Pronto Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They were very responsive, and there was never a lag in time after I sent an email or submitted drafts and pictures. Even during the design resource changeover, the turnaround time was seamless. 

At the beginning, we’d rewritten a lot of the text, and there was some miscommunication about what they needed from us from the old website. Once we cleared that hurdle, it was seamless.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pronto’s knowledge of the technology stands out. I had never designed a website before and didn’t know the correct terminology, but they’ve always been willing to explain everything as many times as we need. They respond to emails quickly as well.

During the website design phase, I had to work through a challenging process to take work to our partners to approve it, and Pronto made it relatively easy. The major time difference hasn’t stopped them. The most important aspect of this phase was teaching Pronto about what we do. This ensured that the text they were using matched our small firm versus portraying us as a larger accounting firm. We wanted our website to reflect our smaller-firm nature. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Pronto’s team could have explained more at the beginning about how to move from the old website to the new one in terms of what you’re allowed to take from an old website depending on copyright laws. We sent in a lot of text and had to delete it because of copyright issues. There was a learning experience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There aren’t any stupid questions so ask as many as you need to. Pronto was always willing to explain things as much as we needed and in language that we could understand.
