The client acknowledged and accepted the final handover.
After launch, the client introduced entirely new requirements beyond the original agreement. We politely explained that these would necessitate a new contract with appropriate compensation, as they involved substantial additional work. Regrettably, the client responded by threatening a negative review unless we provided these extras for free.
