I am the co-founder and CTO at a Healthcare Technology company specializing in providing data and insight into health providers' fleet of inventory.

ProCoders was contracted to assist in building out the entire technology stack, from backend to frontend to QA, for several of market products.

What were your goals for this project?

ProCoders has been on board since the inception of this project and our initial goals were go to market and customer adoption.

Once ProCoders was selected, we had a series of discovery and onboarding meetings where developers were brought up to speed on current technologies used, functionality and roadmap. From there, developers were brought into our processes and sprints.

The initial team composition was two developers. We now have a two additional developers and an automated QA developer.

Not only have the developers helped up bring the product to market, but also to improve performance and introduce new technologies that fit our desired goals.

Their team is completely integrated with our team.

I find the willingness to discuss issues and bring new technologies to the table the most impressive aspect of the team we work with.

ProCoders offers project management experience but we chose to handle this in house. The members of the team we have now do not require a ton of hand holding and are very proactive in solving problems.

They are very responsive. Especially given the timezone challenges we faced with them.

Time estimation is always the hardest part of any development project. I think they did a great job, and we will continue to refine the process on future projects.

The app was delivered on time, within budget, and the solution exceeded my expectations. I've attempted similar projects with three firms over the past two years without success. With ProCoders, I sold the app to customers before it was even completed, and it has already paid for itself.

The project was collaborative but structured. The CEO managed a software engineer. The culture of the company is apparent in all dealings and makes the experience enjoyable. The CEO's personal involvement was a nice touch.
