ProCoders designed and developed our new company website on WordPress, taking the project from our designs and requirements through to a fully functional, responsive website. The scope included the development of all website pages, implementation of custom layouts and interactions, mobile and desktop optimization, and ensuring the site was easy for our team to manage and update through WordPress. One of the key deliverables was a complex custom interactive chat component on our homepage, designed to demonstrate our AI product experience. The component allows visitors to select different professional roles and interact with dynamic, role-specific content and questions. This required significant custom development beyond a standard WordPress implementation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project resulted in the successful launch of a completely new company website that better reflects our brand, product, and positioning. A key measure of success was the ability to bring a complex, highly customized website to life exactly as envisioned, including the interactive chat experience on our homepage. The final site is fully responsive across desktop and mobile, performs reliably, and gives our internal team the flexibility to manage and update content through WordPress. Since launch, the website has become a central part of our marketing and sales efforts, allowing us to communicate our product more effectively and give prospects a much more engaging way to understand what Nexite does.

Pro Coders were extremely responsive throughout the entire project. They worked quickly and reliably, consistently delivered on time, and were always available when we needed them. They were very flexible when requirements changed or new requests came up, and they responded to feedback quickly and efficiently. Communication was easy and straightforward, and we always felt that we could rely on them to find a solution and keep the project moving forward. Overall, they were a great team to work with and made the entire development process smooth and efficient.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The scope included full app development with a hard seasonal deadline — we had to go live on time to onboard 100+ vendors and start promoting events. The app needed location-based event listings, a booking system with date selection, and QR code tickets with check-in tracking. We also needed an admin panel to manage content easily as new vendors joined. ProCoders handled all of this end to end and delivered on time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

we onboarded 100+ experience providers within a short period after release, which was a major operational goal. Also, the app attracted more than 40,000 users in the first weeks, showing strong initial traction. Internally, the platform performed smoothly under load, and the team had full control over content and vendor management

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We had a really smooth experience working with ProCoders team. They plugged into our workflow without friction. We ran weekly planning meetings and stayed in touch through Slack on a daily basis. The team was always responsive, quick to jump in, and never left us waiting. Deadlines were consistently met, and in most cases, they were even ahead of schedule. What stood out is that they didn’t need micromanagement - they just got it and delivered

ProCoders completed a Discovery phase for a social app project. They assigned a full-time team consisting of a project manager, mobile and back-end developers, a UX/UI designer and a QA engineer. During a 4-month timeline, the ProCoders team delivered a design prototype social app for iOS and Android platforms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To measure success we worked in Agile manner on 2-week sprints and have timely deliverables piece by piece. Even though sometimes our scope was bigger than the team could deliver within a sprint, we shaped up the backlog according to the resources available. The main success factor was understanding of the application logic, technology implementation and testing from the ProCoders side.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We offer tech-driven innovative solutions for property management and the legal part of renting out real estate in the Nordic countries. So we needed a strong and skilled team to lift the task of building the platform. Finding the right team members can be a complex task in itself, but luckily teaming up with Procoders, proved to be the right solution.

After successfully launching our platform, we are now helping landlords manage their properties, see payments and compile statistics, communicate with tenants, and see the issues occurring in the real estate they're renting out. Also, both parties get an easy way through the documentation and contract signing, which is commonly problematic in the Nordic countries due to the difficult nature of said documents.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to deliver a product on the nordic market and seeing a strong increase of customers, is the most obvious result for us. Continuous delivering useful features, kees us on track!

A very fortunate situation for us, that Procoders delivered on time, always meeting our schedule. Knowing how it projects can "go wrong", we have very limited diversions to the planned work. Any changes needed have been addressed right away, leaving us with a good feeling.
