We take care of the backend development in-house but we needed help with frontend website development for our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We have worked with ProCoders on several projects, and we contact them from time to time for help with frontend development when our team is full and not able to take more work in-house. For these instances, we provide them with the requirements and design sources. They always make sure they have grasped the requirements. When we have agreed on budget and delivery, they begin with the development.

During the development process, they provide us with updates on their progress and following that, they deliver the product. If there are any changes or bugs, they take care of it. They have worked primarily with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and it has been a straightforward and easy cooperation.

Alex (Project Manager & Team Lead, ProCoders), is my main point of contact. We have also worked with other members of their team.

They sent an email letting us know they are a similar company to us, and at that time, we were in need of staff augmentation. We started with a trial project, and it was quite successful.

Overall, our communication has been good. Alex is quite responsive, and he provides us with updates. We are in touch all the time, and he is quite quick in providing us with estimations and information.

We like how quickly they deliver work as well as the price they offer. We know that we can rely on them when we need something delivered in a short period of time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be helpful to get daily or weekly reports on their progress. Overall, they do provide us with updates, but more of a reporting system would be best.

In time, efficiently and professionally, all work on the layout of various pages of websites and systems was completed. In case of detection of work defects, everything is promptly corrected.

Unlike similar companies, there is no staff turnover; we don’t have to get used to new employees. For many years we have been working with one team in the usual and convenient mode.

We wanted to get a social mobile application for companies which monitoring quality purposes. Of Course, we needed the application that works with both OS – Android and iOS.

We wanted to create a mobile application for the commercial structures which offer services of the quality control. Inspectors of these structures must be at the place which they must to assess.

They provided different solutions for making our application more user-friendly and genuinely care about the project's success. After release, everything has worked fine up and our users were satisfied as well. I'm glad that we found ProCoders and we've taken bits of their advice about the project.

The workflow was awesome. We were always online with the developers and could do a quick call to edit any new features or discuss any project moments. Lead developer speaks English very well and he is a very funny guy, so our communication was awesome.

We engaged Procoders to modernize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for one of our key clients. The scope of work involved migrating the existing platform from an outdated Angular.js framework to the latest version, ensuring improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.
