The scope included full app development with a hard seasonal deadline — we had to go live on time to onboard 100+ vendors and start promoting events. The app needed location-based event listings, a booking system with date selection, and QR code tickets with check-in tracking. We also needed an admin panel to manage content easily as new vendors joined. ProCoders handled all of this end to end and delivered on time.

we onboarded 100+ experience providers within a short period after release, which was a major operational goal. Also, the app attracted more than 40,000 users in the first weeks, showing strong initial traction. Internally, the platform performed smoothly under load, and the team had full control over content and vendor management

We had a really smooth experience working with ProCoders team. They plugged into our workflow without friction. We ran weekly planning meetings and stayed in touch through Slack on a daily basis. Outstanding. very tight project management, developers that are super committed to project delivery and success. I had very detailed requirements -design, UX, coding and best practices - which to begin with I considered as very challenging to meet within the timeline I allowed. Nothing was ever too big for them, nothing too complex, and in-case a aprticular choice raised any delivery concerns it was immediately reflected and mititgation was discussed. 
I was continously kept informed on progress, nothing surprised me during this project (except for the impeccable delivery).
Communications was excellent via a project chat (google chat). feedback rejects were handled instantly.

IdeaSync is a powerfully simple tool designed to streamline transfer of tasks from executive to administrative assistant. There are two parts of this tool: 
1) the web app and 
2) the mobile app. 
They work together to capture and store ideas and tasks. The mobile app's main feature is frictionless voice capture geared towards voice to text translation and authentication and sending of voice recording to the web app. With IdeaSync, you can effortlessly get ideas and tasks out of your head and in front of your admin or your team. 

As a full solution, IdeaSync caters to leaders who need to get things done with less hassle. IdeaSync  empowers administrators to focus tasks that have come straight from the leader’s mouth. With the text on screen and the voice recording to accompany the task,IdeaSync enhances the reliability of the message in order to decrease miscommunication. 

In order to provide the best user experience built on scalable technology, we contracted ProCoders to build this app. 

• Logging in and Signing up for the mobile application. 
• Ability to create, access, and organize voice recordings and transcriptions from the mobile app.

The project management for this engagement was excellent. Mike did a great job of setting expectations, documenting our requirements, and managing the team to complete the tasks on time. Mike was responsive and was communicated well. As someone who was been a project manager my whole career, I know talent when I see it and Mike is a talented project manager.

I was impressed by the due dilligence of understanding our needs fully before starting the work. This discovery process was a great way to ensure we executed on our features that were desired. The team was made up of 2 React Native developers, 1 Project manager, 1 QA and 1 Back-End developer. The communication by the Project Manager, Mike, and the account manager, George were excellent! Also, they were incredibly technically compentent and developed a beautiful and functional app.

During a 4-month timeline, the ProCoders team delivered a design prototype social app for iOS and Android platforms.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To measure success we worked in Agile manner on 2-week sprints and have timely deliverables piece by piece. Even though sometimes our scope was bigger than the team could deliver within a sprint, we shaped up the backlog according to the resources available. The main success factor was understanding of the application logic, technology implementation and testing from the ProCoders side.

We had a project manager available for us full-time, and my team had regular meetings with the ProCoders project manager and developers. They delivered on time, and even though we had delays sometimes, they team went an extra mile to complete what we wanted.

We offer tech-driven innovative solutions for property management and the legal part of renting out real estate in the Nordic countries. So we needed a strong and skilled team to lift the task of building the platform. Finding the right team members can be a complex task in itself, but luckily teaming up with Procoders, proved to be the right solution. 

After successfully launching our platform, we are now helping landlords manage their properties, see payments and compile statistics, communicate with tenants, and see the issues occurring in the real estate they're renting out. Also, both parties get an easy way through the documentation and contract signing, which is commonly problematic in the Nordic countries due to the difficult nature of said documents.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Being able to deliver a product on the nordic market and seeing a strong increase of customers, is the most obvious result for us. Continuous delivering useful features, kees us on track!

We have super agil thinking and could wish for that some of the developers not always rely on whats in the task but question us more when we made obvious mistakes in the design. But this got better you longer we worked with them.

The new website is easy to navigate, responsive, and the integrations to third party platforms work well. ProCoders gave us clear instructions how to make changes should we need ourselves. This was important to us to be able to build out the pages as we add new content.

We used Slack to communicate which worked very well. ProCoders are responsive and proactive. They thought of everything 2 steps ahead! A real pleasure to work with.

The site is simple for us to update ourselves, ProCoders made sure we understood how to do that and are available for further questions should we need. Most unique was the quality of work - excellent! and excellent communication - the project was finished quickly with clear collaboration throughout. Overall a genuinely positive experience, would highly recommend!

Nothing at all. ProCoders are an example to others!
