We needed a Ruby/Rails website transferred into Wordpress. We needed a light, fast implementation.

We found them through a referral and considered them along with a few other vendors. Because the project was such a high priority, we needed a results-driven partner that was committed to providing customer support.

They designed and developed a Wordpress site based on an existing site. The styling was implemented as required.

There were 2 people in the core team, including a project manager, and a senior developer. Other resources would come and go depending on the project needs.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch quickly. The site is SEO friendly and yielded a very impressive pagespeed score which is more than we could have asked for.

The project management was great, especially compared to other vendors we've worked with. They regularly met deadlines, and we never had unexpected turnovers. We communicated via Skype and Slack.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the whole team, which made it easier to communicate our ideas. Things can be lost in translation if you're only talking to a project manager.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything was great!

Flink is a rapid grocery delivery company, delivering fresh ingredients to your door in minutes. Operating in 4 markets. I am the marketing supply lead, responsible for acquiring as many delivery riders and pickers as possible.

We made a market research and found ProCoders. They were reacting fast and delivered good results!

Spryker is based on PHP therefore we worked with an engineer from ProCoders who took care of different topics including integrating user tracking.

I hired them to do the website’s UI/UX design for one of my clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I gave them examples of what I thought would look good, but they proactively created something from scratch. In terms of technology, they handed the deliverable in Sigma.

What is the team composition?

I just worked with one UX designer from their team.

How did you come to work with ProCoders?

We found them at Upwork, and I chose them because they were in my price range, and it seemed like they were looking for a shot since they’re a relatively new company.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $1,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together throughout March 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The design was great, and they hit it out of the park even though I didn’t provide that many instructions. 

How did ProCoders perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great and able to manage the time zone differences. In terms of communication, we used the Upwork messaging service and a couple of online meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They cared about the project and seemed passionate about the designs they were creating — it felt like they bought into the project and treated it like if they had a stake in it, which is great. Also, their verbal English was good despite them being from Ukraine.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Any advice for potential customers?

Know what you want, and trust their work. If you don’t know what you need, they’re able to figure that out by asking you questions and having back and forth communication before the project starts — they’re not going to do something you don’t want.

The website had to be designed from scratch. At first the UI was designed and revamped untill satisfaction. When this was done the developers started on coding the website.

The team was composed of Andrii and Alina. Alina was the UI designer and updated me on the UI. Andrii took care of the development phase and I was in contact with him almost daily.

The website is as good as done and can be launched probably already by the end of this week.

Because communication was fast and clear, their workflow was good and work was finished quickly.

The amount of adaptability they have. In the begining from my end there were some things unclear but Andrii managed to make everything clear for both parties so that work could be continued really quickly. Andrii managed to apply staff augmentation so fix the 'problem' really swiftly.
