Pragmatica worked closely with us to refine our primary user personas and translate those insights into a thoughtful website redesign. They helped ensure the new site felt welcoming, clear, and aligned with our brand, while still being easy to navigate for the families and community members we serve. The site was built on WordPress using custom blocks developed by Glide, which allowed for a consistent design system and flexible page creation as we continue to grow.

Within the first week of launch, three client guardians shared directly with our staff that the website helped them better understand the services we provide to the Travis County community. We also began gaining traction on Spanish-language keywords, which is especially important for reaching more people we serve.

When our priorities shifted, they adapted quickly without sacrificing quality.

It might have been more efficient to walk through content updates on a call with the designers and project manager before submitting multiple tickets, as reviewing changes directly on the new site felt a bit tedious at times. That said, their done ticket system was extremely helpful and well structured.

The project was delivered within expected and agreed time frame. The project went very smooth with very friendly and highly professional team members who greatly contributed to the success of the project. 

The updated website turned out better than I imagined it due to the professionalism of the team members handling it. I was carried along on every single step of the way, and the decisions making were made with my input and suggestions. Describe their project management.

Pragmatica is an impressive company to me because of its high professionalism in creating great and excellent websites according to specifications and with excellent graphics. 

I was also very impressed with the fact that every communication I had with the team is monitored by the company, and a follow-up email is always sent after each online meeting to know if there is any complaints I have against any staff of the company, which I didn't have because the staff were excellent in all spheres.

They have done everything very well and have put checks into place to ensure accountability. There is no complaint from this end at all. There is nothing lacking in their process and procedure

WordPress has been used by Pragmatica to update our website's content and improve certain technical aspects. The majority of the effort up to this point has been keyword research and advice on strategy in shared spreadsheets. They manage their projects with ActiveCollab, which gives us the visibility we need to collaborate with them successfully. The staff does a great job of keeping every aspect of the project current.

They assigned a project manager who distributed work amongst their team. There were 2 SEO specialists in communication with us

Since starting the SEO work, we have achieved first-page rankings for a number of keywords. Our website's traffic is also consistently increasing. It's encouraging that some customers who came into our store mentioned they learned about our services online.

Designing the project came first. We were now having daily meetings to follow up, and we were to give the site designers feedback while also getting their opinions in return. We worked very well as team, repeating each other's suggestions and moving forward as quickly as we could. After that, they started with the website development phase. Working within the same framework that was used when designing the website with the designers. Plentitud developers were very talented and devoted to giving the client a great outcome.

Since the website launched one month ago, it has average between 300 and 500 of persons who visit the site daily. It is greatly appreciated and operating as efficiently as it can. So far, no problems have surfaced. Everything about the website satisfy us!

Plentitud was tasked with creating a new website from scratch. The team uses word press to program pages as scrolling and menu driven. They created a color palette and template to give the site a consistent look by balancing text and eye-catching imagery. Specifically, they wrote a logo that grows and shrinks as users navigate the site, resize menus, program redirect buttons, "contact us" pages, embed existing blogs, and a few more physical elements.

The site looks great and amazing as well. Clients who has seen it talks about the new designs which was different from the old site. More importantly, the site now communicates our services more better through the images and words
