We organized a first phase of discovery, approximately a week, during which we talked on the scope and objective of the project and gave them a brief explanation of what our services entail. After this, we started the design work with them and we were close with designers during the project to see all pages done. It was amazing plentitud came up with a great UI/UX design for our site and we are happy about the work done. However, without collaboration, we would have had a different outcome. All thanks to Plentitud!

They helped redesign our entire website from the ground up and made the whole process easy to follow. From early concepts to development, the team was organized, responsive, and really understood our vision. They created a custom WordPress site with a clean layout, smooth navigation, and even added some unique animations that really helps us stand out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What impressed us most was their design skills. We’re an IT company, and it’s really easy to come off too technical, but they made a site that actually feels fresh and unique. It shows off our personality and makes us stand out, which isn’t easy to do in our industry.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Pragmatica could have done differently?
One thing that could’ve helped is if they explained the back-end/front-end development process a bit more. Sometimes we’d ask for a fix that seemed simple to us, but it turned out to be more complicated on their end, which makes sense considering the entire website is custom. However, they always made an effort to get it done.

Scope inlcuded all elements of branding from logo to brand book / guidelines. Designing our mobile app's UI and UX; our entire website; our app store brand presence; packaging design for one of our future white label products; marketing materials (hardcopy flyers and digital assets); and a variety of other brand help such as thumbnail images to content templates. They've been our all in on shop for all of our design needs. They also helped make sure our other brands tick and tie with WELLIFIZE.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Qualitative data indicates that our new design and branding was "leap years better" than previous branding. We get many compliments from users regarding the design.

On time, on schedule, and on budget. They spoiled us; I wish every partner we have delivered similarly!

Understanding our needs as a young business and refining suggestions based on our input. We not only felt heard, but also shepherded. They are a true partner our success is their success. They really helped us realize our vision, guiding us along the way. They now feel not like a consultant but more like part of our family... because they care.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Pragmatica could have done differently?
Not necessarily their fault but because my dev team was located across the globe, calendars weren't always aligned and therefore getting the design team and my software engineering team on the same page took longer working solely out of Figma and Slack. In the future, I will try to schedule a few virtual meetings which may add efficiency.

Our company website was nearly getting old and had horrible SEO. We needed to desgin a new, modern website that could showcase our development portfolio and tell a great story about our company.
We wanted to make sure that the site would be optimized for search engines since we were not in the top results for any of our projects if you searched for them. We wanted to showcase our fantastic photography and make sure that the site was easy to update as we will have changes to the team, portfolio, news, and other items on an ongoing basis.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our old website had many navigation, presentation, and SEO issues that were a top priority for us to solve. The new website designed by Pragmatica took all of these concerns into consideration, optimizing search, making sure the site scales to different devices, and designing a logical layout and beautiful pages that are easy to navigate and understand.
We have a fabulous new website that just launched this week. We have received so many compliments about how impressive the site is in the few short days that it has been live.

Pragmatica was on top of every step of the process. From the start, they created a projected timeline with delivery dates and built in review and feedback time. They were always on time delivering on their stated deadlines and were responsive to our team to make sure that they got our feedback even when we had delays in decision making.
When our team needed a little more time to review, they adjusted the timeline to make it clear when new deadlines were set. They were always very responsive to feedback and flexible to schedule calls and/or in person meetings to review.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Pragmatica takes so much care in the final product that they are delivering at every step of the process. The initial designs that they presented to us were thoughtful, well researched, and contemporary. What set them apart from every other web designer was their care and appreciation of their clients. Out whole team felt a sense that we were working with experts from day one.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Pragmatica could have done differently?
I believe that Pragmatica is a great firm. They kept us on track through a difficult process of updating a decade old website that ended up having quite a few unexpected turns. They are wonderful and we would love to work with them again!
