We have provided our own SCRUM and overall project management, but have resorted to PowerGate's team leaders, project managers, management and executive teams on an as-required basis. One of our key positive experiences with PowerGate Software is the effective way they handle escalated issues. Issues of one type or another occur on every project involving (human) developers, and what's important is how they are handled by the service provider. 
PowerGate is the only vendor providing development resources on this project, but they have distinguished themselves by the quality and depth of their response and management when issues have warranted escalation above the team leader role. This is what one hopes for when selecting a development service provide that retains in-house, on-premise employees who provide development services as a team.

We have been particularly pleased to discover that our hopes for strong management by PowerGate around the team were well founded, and this has lead to us moving more and more development resource requirements to PowerGate during this project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something PowerGate Software could have done differently?

We have provided our own development device policy enforcement (MDM overaly and SSO, etc) on this project, which PowerGate team members have applied to their PowerGate-provided devices (without too many issues or concerns). We are aware of other vendors who have their own strong device security posture enforcement services and offering, which is likely to be increasingly relevant to other customers into the future. 
Some customers in certain regions may not love the 75-90-minute full team hard-stop for lunch each day, if that conflicts with their own timezone's normal working hours. Good written English is the norm for everyone on our PowerGate teams, but strong _spoken_ English is more rare across the teams. So investment in good spoken English for more teams members is likely to be beneficial to more and more customers into the future.

The platform defines the best suburbs to buy investment-grade properties in, in Australia. Each property is broken down by the costs that are needed to buy it and shows the ability for it to gro win value. 
Once purchased the purchasing plan, the app then adds the property to the portfolio where market updates are calculated monthly, letting the investors know how much they have made in profit.

Work is planned and developed using agile sprints. Enhancement and changes to priorities are incorporated during sprint planning with QA and assurance activities being conducted by PowerGate and then Pinnacle.

The application design is conducted using Figma. The agreed design is then estimated using Jira work items and prioritised into 2 weekly sprints. This includes web from end and SQL server database. Development progress is measured with delivery of working application every 2 weeks and ongoing review by Pinnacle in conjunction with the PowerGate development lead. As a QA organisation, Pinnacle then verifies the application internally.

Project management is provided through the development lead in conjunction with Pinnacle's product owner. Items are usually delivered on time, with any delays being notified in advance. Note that delays tend to be an extra day when an area is more complex that originally planned. PowerGate have been very responsible to changing priorities and including enhancements into the development roadmap.

In addition, there are too many risks when determining because of the over-flow information and the quality of its source. As a result, we hired this team to develop a custom solution to deal with that difficulty. Our goal was to bring this idea to life to help the investors get the information they need before making a decision. It needed to have AI to collect data and analyze it automatically.

We also scheduled calls to track progress every week and communicate over small details through Slack and Skype. The ML developers' knowledge was awe-inspiring.
