PNC Logos was hired initially to redesign my business logo. They sent me over a selections of designs that I could choose from. Once a design was selected, we built upon that design. They worked in a timely manner and reached the vision I was looking for, for my logo. After they completed the logo, they noticed how my website was underperforming. They sent me over a SEO proposal of what they could do to help my business. They proposal was very thorough. It included information regarding my competition in my surrounding area and how they were performing with maximizing SEO. That was very helpful. I agreed to have them help me with SEO work for my business. They have made contact with me to get information to them so they can get the analytics for my website. They have my credentials to access my social media to make post. They create the post and send them to me for approval before uploading them.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had in mind what I wanted my logo to look like. After I selected a design and we began to build on it, my plan shifted, and I liked the final outcome. From that logo design, they created me business cards and printed them. They came out beautifully! Everything I requested to have on my cards, they performed. As we are continuing to work on the SEO work for my website, they have been great in this services as well. They communicate thoroughly. Things they requested for me to provide for them, such as access to my FB, IG, and LI page, they provided guides to help me get the information to them. That was very helpful becuase I am not a person that is up on how to do those things. I have been learning a lot from them, which is helpful for my business. I appreciate that they create content to post for my social media pages, but wait for my approval before they post anything. That means a lot to me. Things have been going great. When I have concerns, I address them and they respond quickly and are helpful. I really do appreciate the attitude of them being present to help me.
