Within just six months, our revenue grew significantly from $3.2 million to $4.5 million. During this period, we also saw a dramatic increase in Google Search clicks, rising from 274 to 1,730, which translated into multiple daily enquiries generated through Google Ads. This surge in lead generation provided us with a steady stream of high-quality prospects. 

Additionally, our product awareness expanded considerably through Display ads, reaching a broader audience and increasing our visibility in the market. On social media, our Meta ads showed improved targeting, leading to higher quality leads despite a slightly higher cost per acquisition, ultimately offering better value for our marketing investment. We also experienced a marked increase in brand term searches, indicating that our brand recognition had significantly improved.

• From having no presence online, we are now ranked #1 on our primary organic keyword search in one of our office locations, and in the top 5 on another location. Our 5 other office locations we now appear on the second page. This is only after 5 months of active SEO work. 
• We are receiving 2-3 new enquiries per week via our website with quality of the new enquiries being above expectation. 
• Month on month traffic to our new website is growing exponentially.

The scope of work involved a lot of communication via phone or emails. They guided me through photographing each product, descriptions, weights, measurements for shipping. We had several phone conference/zoom to discuss presentation and training for the website, which they presented themselves well and patience as I adapted to online technology with online shopping technics.

We used My drive for myself to upload photographs of stock and descriptions for each product so they had instant access to stock. If the team at Pixite didn't understand the product in question, I was able to assist with details.

The main aim was to develop a website for our markets as tee did not have one and saw it as a way of developing our digital footprint. Secondly we wanted assistance in developing our social media as to date we had been mostly relying on printed advertising. 

Pixite exceeded our expectations delivering a wonderful website. 

They have given us a comprehensive social media strategy including pro format for branding. This had been followed with developing paid ads. 

Finally ongoing tracking of our performance on digital platforms and suggested methods of evidencing increased stallholders and foot traffic at the markets.
