Perrill designed two websites for us actually, for two separate companies.  They designed the website to increase traffic and presence on the web and via search.  They built a great website that was important to work and translate well across the globe as we are a global business, as well as added a CAPTCHA to the website due to the spam on the submission forms.

Every single month, since starting tracking in 2020, we've grown our traffic.  We meet monthly (Andy and Greg are why I continue to use Perrill to market the website), and every single month we grow.  They are also ecstatic to work on our company (albeit a helicopter company is pretty cool).  Anytime I say something feels like it should be a target, they get excited and work on hitting that target (and they do).

They are great, I constantly feel like I am holding them up rather than the other way around.  They are always excited to work in whatever direction I point, but I also give them a lot of free reign to do it how they feel it's best.

This is the first time I've worked with someone regarding websites, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I find the community they have is by far the most impressive part for me.  I tell my peers that I would pay for their services even if it was just to have another person that gets as excited (genuinely) as they do about what we're doing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Perrill could have done differently?

Early on I remember the girl heading our websites being built was not great at communicating in a timely manner.  I believe she is no longer there, however.  Again, ever since the completion of the websites and starting the marketing of one of them, I feel like I am the biggest limited factor for them.

Perrill is helping brand and develop a website for us. They are creating content, marketing, managing media, developing software for a specific custom tool to be used in the website. They have been great about bringing the entire team together for updates. I am very impressed on how they can relate and provide information for our brand.

Perrill has been intuitive, professional, motivating, adaptive and fun to work with. The team is very knowledgeable in their areas. We have had both virtual and in person meetings, they are flexible and willing to work with their clients needs.

We launched phase one of the website in October, 2023 and the plan is to launch the second phase of the site by the first part of January 2024. Each week a post is created for our social media, they will send us an email a few days to review and approve the post. Great communication provided from the company.

We have a project manager assigned to us, we go through him with any questions or concerns that we have. He reaches out to the team and gets back to us in a timely manner. Most correspondence is done through email, with regularly scheduled meetings to go over updates.

They deliver on time almost every time, and in the event where we are unable to meet a deadline we are never surprised because they are upfront and honest in their communication, which allows everyone to adjust when necessary.

Perrill does a great job of blending expertise, curiosity and communication to build themselves up as a responsive partner who is unafraid to exercise their strategy but who is also open to experimentation, feedback and the opportunity to adjust course in the name of meeting and exceeding goals and expectations.

In hindsight, there may well have been things Perrill would have done differently with regard to certain projects or a general approach to our marketing efforts. But that isn't how life works, especially in the digital space. Perrill's true value add is not that they are perfect, rather, it's that they are correct most of the time and in the instances in which they aren't correct they are able to quickly diagnose and adjust course.

We've been working with Perrill for several years. Throughout those years we've designed multiple websites, made several website upgrades, and continue to work with their team of experts on a monthly basis to improve our websites' Search Engine Performance, User Experiences, Increase Leads, and more. One of our largest websites has over 10,000 pages, an extensive resource library, and a user log in platform that integrates with an elaborate internal ordering system software.

We needed a massive amount of help in evaluating our old website and content, restructuring the navigation, becoming mobile friendly, improving the user experience, writing new content, re-writing and improving old content, an API that integrates with an internal database ,and the website seamlessly, a trendy design to appeal to our highly design focused audience, and so much more.

We constantly get rave reviews and comments about how beautiful, helpful, and easy to use our websites are. It's helped improve our brand's presence in the marketplace. Our users spend much more time on our new site then they did our old one and our search engine rankings have skyrocketed. Our business is now booming! We track leads for our Business-to-Business leads and our direct customer leads.

Our Direct customer leads increased by over 700% and have consistently been growing since the site launched. Our Business-to-Business leads have improved by over 20% and continue to grow as well. With the launch of our new massive site, everything went smoothly and to plan. There were no surprises and we had lots of support checking in through out the first week to ensure it worked properly.

The customer service and IT support was amazing, kind, fast, and knowledgeable. I'm a very knowledgeable client when it comes to SEO and web design. When we used different companies in the past for our SEO support I was usually disappointed and felt like the work and advice they gave was something I could easily suggest or do myself. But not with Perrill, their team is top notch and very knowledgeable.

They take the time to understand what my company needs, what we are doing in-house and how they can expand on that and improve our goals. They truly take their time to brainstorm out-of-the-box and successful solutions and implement them quickly and efficiently. I can tell they care about our business and are making sure that every dollar of our monthly plan does not go to waste.

When we've made additions, upgrades, and changes to our site they are always well executed the first time. The projects are always well communicated through their team and implemented seamlessly unlike past companies where we had lots of re-works and added time to our project that we had to pay for due to lack of communication. You WON'T see those problems with Perrill. Every small to big project is created and launched beautifully.

Their project management team is top-notch. You can tell the team enjoys what they do, works well together, and has pride in the work that they produce. They hold to their deadlines religiously. Also, they communicate honestly every step along the way if a new change or new addition could change the timeline of the project so that we could make proper decisions along the way. My project manager and designer went above and beyond to help on the project and delivered us a final product that was amazing!

How much knowledge each staff member has. Over the years, I've gotten to work with 10-20 of the staff now and pretty much feel like I know the whole team. There are a lot of highly talented employees who have passion for their roles as well as many long-term employees.

Each team member I've worked with has showed to be very good at what they do, takes what they do seriously, and is motivated to do their best. I think it's shows that the company is run well, employees love the company they work for, and they've been so successful they've attracted great talent.
