Projects are task-based, and deliverables are received daily. Communication is done through their platform, and sometimes there is a long delay in response.

If you cancel your plan, you lose access to the platform and all of your designs. There are no API connections available, so there is no way to connect a storage platform. 

There is also no free plan, and you cannot pause your plan; you have to pay $99/month for a "pause" plan to have access to the platform and your designs. Not a great customer experience in that aspect.

The time zone difference actually worked in my favor; I often posted questions or assignments in the evening, and by the next morning, they were ready, which was ideal for me. It's worth noting that they do not work on weekends.

What I found most impressive about Penji was their remarkable efficiency and seamless process. The time zone difference worked to my advantage, allowing me to submit requests in the evening and receive results by the next morning.

• Weekend Availability: Although the weekday turnaround time was impressive, the lack of weekend support occasionally slowed down project momentum. Even limited availability or a smaller team during weekends could help maintain project flow, especially for time-sensitive tasks. 
• Advanced Video File Formats: While Penji provides basic formats like GIFs and PSDs, offering advanced video formats such as After Effects (AE) project files or Adobe Premiere Pro files could greatly benefit clients. These formats offer more flexibility for further editing and customization. 
• Coding and Scripting Options for Animations: Providing options for custom coding or scripting within animations (for instance, using JavaScript or HTML5 for web animations) could enhance the interactivity and functionality of the designs. This would be especially beneficial for clients looking to integrate animations into web or mobile platforms with specific interactive features.

This project wasn’t planned for us until next year, and so Penji’s efficiency has been a game-changer for us.

One of the most commendable aspects of working with Penji is their remarkable turnaround time. We’ve been able to create 10x the amount of assets and products in the past few months (compared to doing it on our own), at a fraction of the cost. It's been fun to partner with a large team of designers, as it has given us a chance to see different interpretations of our brand guidelines and come up with new, creative directions together.

I would love to be able to request certain designers; although everyone did a wonderful job, it would be nice to be able to request a specific person and if they accept/have time to continue working with them.

We used Google search and did our own preliminary research in order to shortlist the best website designers around our area, Penji came above some of the top names.

Our project was by no means easy. The team managed to understand my business concept, finish the preliminary design elements, and got started on the build. They did an excellent job. I wanted some complicated design features, with the whole website being very interactive, colorful, and informative and they did just this to the highest possible standard. I helped by providing some of the key information on the website.

In total, we worked with 2 people. A graphic designer and a project manager.

Our goal is to get established, which we have successfully started our journey on. Our brand provides a massive stepping stone and is an integral part of generating new leads and keeping our clients well informed. With their help, we were able to get the realization of our goal out and have generated the business we want.

Their communication was second to none and the team was always open to change where necessary.

The level of skill/dedication/hard work and knowledge was great. We were really happy with the results and how efficient they were.

If I had to change one thing I would say the price could come down slightly. I say this however in good faith, I believe the monies paid completely warrant the finished product. If my company was not a start-up/ I was starting this venture with slightly more cash reserves than I have, I would pay the figure I paid twice over.

Top notch service! My designer Amy was so kind and attentive helping me out where needed especially in those areas where I struggled and lacked creativity. Service was prompt with quick turn around times. I love using Penji because it allows me to create unlimited projects unlink some other sites that charge you per design.

There's also multiple options available to choose from. The process is easy and straight forward which is exactly what I need! Definitely worth the value. Great for start up brands like my own or busy advanced companies looking to expand or build through graphic design. My designer worked very close with me making sure every detail was understood and captured. My team loved sharing content and swapping ideas with our designer. I was able to invite as many people as I wanted onto the projects which was nice since I have a large team of various members on board.

Another great thing about Penji is that you can cancel at anytime without any hidden fees. Thank Goodness! I have a hectic life and I don't like being committed to contacts. It gives me a peace of mind knowing that I can put a pause or stop to my designs when I need to or when I run out of projects.
