With any business that does not have a giant marketing department or budget, Penji is valuable and easy to work with. They allow our Marketing Team to have high quality and quickly made assets, and even help us with our presentations. Full disclosure, we do have an in-house designer, but we wanted the flexibility of more hands in the pot.

So far, the marriage has been pretty solid.

Not that I have experienced so far.

You won't know this until AFTER you sign up, but I wanted to get my logo project done, in addition to the essentials. Business card, letter head, etc... I subbmitted my first ptoject and then boom, the company randomly separated my projects for me.

This is supposed to be an unlimited design service, so why aren't I able to submit a project the way I WANT!? I feel like this is their way of prolonging projects so you spend more time with them as a service. It's just unfair.

They are not effective and I am not impressed.

Amazing high quality work from all their designers. I can provide 3-5 paragraphs of exact details of what im looking for and they execute near perfectly on the first try. I can even tell them to use their creative freedom for harder ideas and they come up with some fantastic mockups!

fantastic communication from every level of the their team (support, account managers, designers) and a such an easy process to get ideas executed fast and efficiently.
