I’m the owner and president of Aloisio Cosmetics. I look over everything from sales, manufacturing regulations, PR, and so on.

What challenge were you trying to address with Panda Rose Consulting Inc?

Our objective was brand awareness in the social media space. That included Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. I’ve been through about 20 companies before I met Panda Rose Consulting Inc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had been doing social media marketing for three and a half years but we weren’t getting the traction we needed. I hired them as a social media consulting company but they went out of that realm.

Panda Rose Consulting Inc updated our content and looked at my pixel on my website. They assisted me through other SEO practices to make sure that the social media marketing was effective. Their team redid my logo and handled all of the pictures, copywriting, and content for the social media posts. They handled everything.

What is the team composition?

I’ve worked with Kelly (CEO), Deborah (VP Solutions Delivery), and Leah (Social Media Specialist). I’ve also met the rest of the team but haven’t done a lot of work with them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We started to see immediate results within the first or second week of working with them. Panda Rose Consulting Inc took the time to care, and are good at what they do.

I was in the social media space for three years with 200 followers on each of my pages. Since Panda Rose Consulting Inc’s work began, I now have about 450 followers. Every month, I’m getting people who are following my content and actually care about my product. They’re starting to engage, buy, and share my content.

Panda Rose Consulting Inc brought real customers, not just likes and shares, to my Facebook page. What’s more, they did it in a fraction of the time compared to other companies. This is all considering that I’m a small company with a small budget. It’s incredible that we’ve been able to grow organically like this.

How did Panda Rose Consulting Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m a project manager by trade and don’t have to micromanage them at all. They communicate when they’re going to post and three days later, it’s posted. There’s very minimal interaction. Panda Rose Consulting Inc takes the initiative to make sure everything looks right.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It’s the people. I was blown away by how genuine they are. I can attend a meeting, and they’ll ask about my son. They remember little details, and it’s clear that they see me as a person and not just their client. Their team members are so sincere and make me feel like part of the family, especially when things got very difficult with the pandemic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Drop your guard. Give Panda Rose Consulting Inc the full chance to succeed. You don’t have to worry about the games or having walls up with them. Lay out what you need, and they’ll do it. Trust them.
