When we initially started, our company had incomplete & missing flows in a traditional customer journey for an ecommerce business. OuterBox rebuilt ALL of the recommended flows, helped us understand our strengths & opportunities, and shared detailed reporting that allowed me to navigate investor & board conversations that showcased the value that OuterBox delivers.

Our conversion rate tripled, our customers are more digitally engaged, our return customer rate increased by over 20%, and both AOV & LTV increased across the board.

I can't overstate that all of those metrics aside, our brand reputation is MUCH stronger given the quality & consistency of OuterBox's output.

I think they balance being a massive company with the boutique client experience very well - something that is often lost when companies get to a certain scale or have X dollars in receivables. The culture component has been the most impressive given their size.

the UI for clickup is kind of terrible for clients - but that's not an OuterBox issue specifically. Lots of software like Clickup, Asana, or JIRA have enormous benefit for internal teams but once a client is exposed to "how the sausage is made" it becomes distracting & tedious to sift through yet another portal or software. 

Again - not OuterBox specifically - just how a lot of industries are evolving in this modern economy.

Nothing worth noting. We've had some growing pains in the beginning setting up the exact type of reporting and strategy that the stakeholders wanted but we worked at it and got in a good place.

OuterBox has always been available at a moment's notice through email or phone. Most of our commmunication lives within Google Meets or emails; however, they manage their projects on time, and deliver results traditionally earlier than stated.

Project Management has been amazing. Items requested have been delivered on time and they have been very responsive to our needs. Many times, they have ideas of what they think is best based on the data that has been collected. They'll go over why and then ask if I want to tweak or approve the idea before implementing it.

Adrienne, Nathan, and AJ took over our account from Topspot. I was worried when the transition occurred because I had been with Topspot for a long time (over 20 years).

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be assigned to me.

My experience has been excellent. Their communication was clear and responsive, and they brought great strategies and creativity to the table. In one meeting, I was going to bring up a few areas where we would like to see increased traffic. They made the recommendation to me before I had a chance to even bring it up.
