Our website was built a couple of years ago but we did not feel that it reflected our brand. Our aim was to refresh the design and add some responsive elements, as well as adapt to our new logo

The aim was to review the new site map, brand guidelines and come up with a new design.

Unfortunately the development was interrupted by the Russian invasion.

We were impressed by the high quality of their work in relation to their lower costs.

It was difficult to comment given that we couldn’t complete the project as planned due to the invasion

We've tested UI with several potential customers and the feedback has been positive.

Their project manager was constantly interacting with us, notifying us of new updates. We had meetings and chatting. Everything was delivered on time.

We were impressed with their UI/UX design skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Status reports on each stage of the project could have been helpful so we could limit any misunderstandings.

We needed to better understand our finances, as we were lacking in several areas. After hearing about these guys through some good friends, I'm glad we reached out. Not only are we on track for our metrics, we're far exceeding them as well.

We initially started with video calls, and started openly collaborating after some initial assessments of our issues.

We're smashing goals and breathing easy. They made my (our) job easier, and I appreciate that.

The patience they had while catching us up on their framework for success was truly commendable.

We needed to design our first website in a cost effective way that spoke to the diverse needs of pregnant individuals in the U.S.

We interviewed a number of vendors, but Outcrowd was best in terms of quality relative to price.

We asked them to create our initial landing page which required a number of more complex illustrations. They were able to execute and also refine based on our feedback beautifully.

While our business has pivoted and we ultimately re-did our website to incorporate more live images, we were able to raise a $3.2M seed round off of the initial design.

Great - frequent touchpoints and a fast turnaround time.

It's really their process — they made it so easy to develop ideas and refine them. The end result was great too.

Our business wanted to be closer to the end customer, not just the restaurants and cafes we provide solutions for. Thus, we wanted our brand to be more in line with the interests of the end customer.

We have compared several companies from several countries but struggled to find the quality/price sweet spot. Outcrowd came and solved that problem.

As a result of working with Outcrowd, we now feel we have a brand that screams quality and thoughtfulness. They implemented what we had in mind with great care and attention to detail.

We had a meeting with the project manager at first to review the steps to come. We picked it up from there on Slack such that they shared their progress consistently on a regularly updated Figma project, asked for our review, and moving to the next step once approved. We provided our comment on the Figma project, and they responded accordingly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company's work is all about quality. I feel now that we have full-fledged brand that we can use forever without thinking twice. We also never felt disconnected from the project due to the great follow-up by their team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish the business development manager also joined Slack to make some stuff regarding payment easier.

We could've (over)communicated our expectations and requirements more clearly from the get go. Deviations on the expectations were fixed swiftly due to regular check-ins, which mitigated its impact.
