I look for 3 things in website development for my website, www.theunorthodoxcoach.com: 1. design; 2. speed / project management / response time; 3. developers' backend work. I thoroughly appreciated the design of orfeostory. i gave them lotsa space for creativity. the aesthetic outcome turned out to be a pleasant surprise to me, thoroughly aligned with my brand position. the project manager was very on the ball when corresponding with me and was very patient with all my asks throughout the project. the senior leader of the project acted very promptly whenever there were challenges to resolve. the developers' work could be better improved. i didnt work directly with them, but the changes that came back to me at times appeared as rush work than with mindful checks before handing over. the timelines of the project can also be better managed to pre-empt steps ahead, and the critical paths of tasks. but overall, it was a pleasant experience with Orfeostory Pte Ltd, and I would happily recommend them to anyone. special thanks to zhiqing, boyang and desmond.

We actually went to Orfeostory to get both a website and a mobile app done for our cleaning business. Before that, we didn’t really have a proper online setup, so everything kind of started from zero. They helped us figure out what we actually needed instead of just building something random. For the website, they created all the main pages and made it simple for customers to understand our services and contact us. For the app, the idea was to make it easier for people to reach out and check what we offer without any confusion. It wasn’t anything overly complicated, but it works well for our purpose. What I liked was that we could just tell them what we wanted in a simple way, and they would adjust it without making things difficult. There were a few back and forth changes, but that’s normal, and they handled it quite smoothly.
