 The new CRM environment has transformed the way our teams operate. The immediacy of access helped us build stronger trust with our clients and accelerated decision-making on their end. One of the key deliverables was a VR simulation environment that allowed our enterprise clients to “step into” customer journeys and visualize transformation outcomes in real-time. Another deliverable was an AR toolkit designed for business workshops, enabling stakeholders to interact with layered digital information on physical products and service flows. Many of our early adopters mentioned how refreshing it was that signing up and navigating through TruuBlue didn’t feel like a chore but rather like stepping into a well-crafted space built for them. On a technical level, the app’s stability has exceeded expectations. Even during higher-than-anticipated traffic spikes in the first weeks after launch, the app ran smoothly without disruptions, which was a huge relief for our team.

What I found most unique about Optimageeks was their ability to merge creativity with practicality. Many development companies are either very technical or very design-driven, but rarely both. Optimageeks struck a balance their developers understood the financial complexities behind our product, while their design team made the platform approachable and engaging for everyday users. That dual perspective made a huge difference in the end result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something OptimaGeeks could have done differently?

As for areas of improvement, the only thing I would mention is that at the start of the project, we occasionally felt there could have been more exploratory workshops to dive even deeper into the user journey before coding began. That said, once the development process was underway, their adaptability and openness to feedback quickly bridged any initial gaps.

By way of introduction the Co-Founder, representing a startup company, based in Wellington/New Zealand. We offer full-body 3D-digitisation services to private, public and corporate customers - all based on our custom engineered photogrammetry scan rig.
