If there is anything they could enhance in future collaborations, it would be to incorporate more visual mockups earlier in the design phase. Although the final interface is strong, having a series of early stage visual references might have accelerated some of our internal approval cycles. That said, this did not diminish the quality of the outcome or the smoothness of the collaboration.

While their execution was exceptional, we believe that additional forward-looking suggestions perhaps anticipating customer needs that even we hadn’t considered could have enriched the project further.
