OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire OnHires?

We started losing projects that go to our competitors because our business didn't have the physical capabilities and resources to complete them. That's why we decided to expand our current staff to perform the ever-increasing volume of tasks. We needed to hire 3 tech developers and 1 web-designer.

SOLUTION

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a vendor on LinkedIn and Clutch. We made a final decision with the help of competetive analysis and public reviews.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

We don't have own recruitment department and don't ready to invest a ot of money. The cost calculation tolds us that the most profitable option is to contact the professionals. That is, we chose this recruitment agency with a good reoutation. And we like our experience! Outsource recruitment is convenient: the team worked out the funnel and organized all aspects from determining the position criterias to conducting interviews.

As a result, we selected the future employees to invite them to the team and sent work contracts. All specialists accepted and signed the contratcs. Some of them have already passed their probationary period and 1 of them will end it in December.
