Mainly thanks to the positive 'word of mouth' about Octagram we decided to hire them. After their first project we decided to hire them for several other projects being very happy with the results.

Completely new website to be built, which is in progress. The newly created presentation slides have exceeded our expectations. Not only because the look&feel is to our liking, but also the efficient way they work. Plus superb communication processes.

They have redesigned the transational triggers as per requirements needed for the company. That includes the actual content look and feel as well as html code that fits with the company's system.

What was the team composition?

The team consists out of 7 people where I am the lead of the project. We have the manager who oversees the project and gives the approval. Overall, the entire project has been lead mainly by myself with the close cooperation and work of other 3 people.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The project is not yet completed due to the internal project prioritization. However, Octagram has always delivered before the deadline and on time.

They have been absolutely helpful and understanding with all changing requirements. The work that is delivered is always was spot on without any mistakes and according to the requirements.

Octagram were very helpful in communicating difficult things in easy way understandable for everyone.

They have also made a few improvement suggestions which definitely made the creative of transactional triggers better. It's very easy, comfortable and absolutely realible to work with Octagram who are always hands on, helpful, assisting, supporting and fast in their work.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the work that has been so far delivered by Octagram and would recommend other companies to reach out to them about any assignments and projects.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management is very impressive. Octagram is always ahead and on time with the timelines and strict deadlines. They have been absolutely comfortable to work with. They have always followed up themselves, never had to be chased or reminded of things, never missed the deadline and never made a mistake or an error. The overall project management is with high quality, fast, proactive and assisting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was most impressed by their speed, proactive communication as well as very understanding and keeping all the work under the agreed cost despite of hundreds of changes and requirements.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For the project that I have been working with them on, I don't have any recommendations for the improvement. Perhaps a very obvious one is to keep doing a great job as they already do.
