What challenge were you trying to address with OCloud Solutions?

We’ve engaged OCloud Solutions to build and refine a multi-tenant AI coaching and health platform. Our main goals are to have flexible monetization, smooth client onboarding, trustworthy AI responses (RAG), and compliance with a fair amount of speed and polish.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OCloud Solutions serves as our full-stack development partner for the Karmen Coach and Karmen Health platforms. Their scope covers ongoing feature development, deployment to production, and support after launch. The team has built tiered plans and configurable free trials based on messages, time, or minutes. They’ve also created per-clinic controls, including an admin-assigned free enhanced plan for specific users.OCloud Solutions has built QR codes linked to specific paid plans and updates to the onboarding and subscription flow. They’ve also created branding and white-labeling, so each coach’s name appears on the welcome screens, and the platform handles clinic-specific content. The team has built automated email notifications for admins and coaches and legal pages for both products.OCloud Solutions has diagnosed and fixed truncated AI responses and ensured clinic-wide content shows up in responses. The team has created super admin settings, deployed to production, recorded walkthroughs, and fixed bugs quickly. They’ve also handled a smooth team handoff.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with OCloud Solutions has moved KickstandAI from build-out to a live, monetizable platform. We now have tiered subscriptions with configurable trials, QR-code onboarding, and automated admin alerts on every new signup. Coaches are actively onboarding clients, including clients they sold outside the platform. We’ve also seen a faster turnaround on changes. Most fixes and feature requests ship to production within days, usually with a walkthrough.We’ve onboarded around 30 clients, and the results have been a smooth onboarding process in less than five minutes, rapid iterations under 48 hours, and steady communication from their leadership. The application has had zero downtime, and clients haven’t been impacted by errors noted in the system. The team has built the app well from the start, and we haven’t had to adjust anything.

They deliver on time every time. It’s as if we’re their only client. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They hand off work exceptionally well. I never have to repeat myself, and their leadership is always informed about the work and can discuss the solution direction with me if necessary. Additionally, they offer a lot of strategic support as we build this custom application.

I’m the founder and CEO of an online proctoring company. We provide solutions that allow students and candidates to take assessments online. To ensure that users can’t cheat, we monitor their screens and record them through their webcam. This allows us to maintain the integrity of the process.

What challenge were you trying to address with OCloud Solutions?

We needed someone to build our Google Chrome extension and develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OCloud Solutions built our website and Google Chrome extension from scratch. First, we discussed our needs and gave them our designs, which we created using Figma. We worked closely with them on the frontend development and software architecture, and we gave them continuous feedback on its functionalities. 

The website and extension have already been launched, but OCloud Solutions continues to improve them. The website features our solution and what we do. Meanwhile, the extension is integrated with our assessment platform, and its primary function is to secure the testing process.

We’re delighted with what they’ve done — they’re an excellent team, and I’d give them more than five stars if I could. Thanks to them, we’ve successfully launched the project. Our users are very happy.

Their project management is great. OCloud Solutions works very quickly and is responsive. We use Slack and Google Meet to communicate, and they’re fluent in English. Overall, working with them is very easy, so it’s been an excellent partnership.

We’re most impressed by their expertise and ability to understand our needs. They’re a very professional and intelligent team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be more proactive instead of waiting for our feedback first.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be afraid to take some time explaining your project. Just share everything, and they’ll understand your ideas. Slack is also very useful.

I'm the owner of a business that offers online escape rooms.

We required a professional platform to allow large amounts of users to play online escape rooms in real-time. It required state of the art technology, high performance and coding that matched the UI designs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially found via Upwork, we immediately knew that OCloud was going to be a solid partner. Work was of high quality and turned around quickly.

Initially we created designs and the DB structure. This was then used to create a first version of the website. We then used a project management tool to work in an Agile fashion and built out the platform.

Mainly worked with a full-stack developer who was able to deliver whatever the requirements were.

By now the platform has been used by over 100,000 people with just positive feedback. It looks professional, works great and has been reliable.

He is prompt on communications and flexible on his hours to deliver the features we need. His knowledge of front end react shows that he has many years of experience under his belt.

We selected the vendor based on his knowledge of not only front end react, but he also has full stack experience.

We were able to successfully scale up a PWA application

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Areas of improvement include:

1. It takes a few iterations sometimes for the completed UI to match designs. However, Muhammad is always available to resolve quickly, As well, more experience on Google Material UI would be helpful to round out his knowledge base.
2. Pushing tickets when all defects have been resolved. There were a few instances where there's points of contention with additional hours being added to resolve developer defects for scope of work agreed upon.
