I am the owner of onlineflowershop.ae We provide same-day flower delivery to all over Dubai and UAE. We have an online store where customers select and book from a wide variety of flowers, cakes, chocolates and other gifts.

Obzarve, created an eCommerce portal for us according to our business requirements and helped us launch the brand.

We advertised online and one of mine friend suggested this company. I chose them as they have a great team and a good sense of humor.

We had a lot of meeting regarding our scope of work. They even helped us to define and customize our scope. Our requirements were to create an online website with payment integration and all e-commerce functionality Also to digitalize our brand on social media and google ads and SEO. They have used PHP technology to build our project. Also, They are much flexible in re-defining our project scope and to build some custom modules

A project manager, developer and designer team and one guy from brand Marketing and SEO

We are happy with their work, we have increased our sales up to 60%.

we had weekly meetings with the project manager and sometimes with the technical team. They delivered our project in a timely manner. We were using skype, zoom, emails and direct calls for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are professional and efficient. They know how to deal with customers and full fill their requirements. I really appreciate them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At the initial stage, we were worried but when they gave us a presentation and showed us their experience we feel comfortable and blindly trust them. They are good.

We hired through reference, we called the project manager, we shortlisted 2 other companies but expensive, we hired obzarve , they are very cheap but work good

we were visited by obzarve team, in the meeting we discussed our requirement. we have two projects that we wanted to start for UI/UX and logo redesigning, and one User Interface design for custom ERP application. after some days they came with a plan.

I worked with them, one project manager, another technical expert (i think graphic designer/ or developer)

Whatever they promised, they delivered. so far we are happy

Yes, project manager communicated on whatsapp group chat between us, they responded to all our questions and requirements.

they are cheap and very good work

there shouldbe flexibility for design changes after we approve initial design and development starts, but any how we understand it is the process. but if they can accomodate that is very good as inputs and ideas keep coming

The design was great. They've been delivering what they promised. There were a few revisions especially in shamuzzi gallery but now seems fine

We did WhatsApp communication. The project manager was prompt in response.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Very much affordable rates Expert team Fast communication.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No idea. I think they should offer a package with content and images. We had to provide that. They should hire good content writers and copywriters.
